Value for money. Kettle, teas and cups should be provided in the rooms.
Pros:

The Staff are courteous and always willing to help. They are also Bilingual...speaking French and English and this really helped.

Cons:

There is no kettle and cup in the room to make tea. Smaller hotels in Lome have these in the rooms.
