Hotel was amazing. We loved everything about Paul Apartments.

Excellent location, helpful staff and good breakfast

The air-conditioner in the room did not work. I was not offered a new room with a working air-conditioner.

Everytging was excellent. They even noticed some of the loose leaf tea we had on the counter, and brought us a tea pot without us asking for it. Very thoughtful!

If you want something normal and ordinary, than it would be the wrong place to stay.
Hotel has unique, unforgettable Saint-Petersburg character. Location is outstanding as it is 10 minutes to get everywhere; however, around hotel is very quite and no traffic. Staff speaks excellent English and it was pleasure to deal with them. Rooms

Nice hotel room with kitchenette , great location, friendly staff.

Excellent location that is walking distance to most major sites. The rooms are nicely renovated and the bathrooms have large western style walking showers which very comfortable for European standard. The staff speaks English and Valeriia at the front desk was particularly helpful, caring and accomodating. The breakfast buffet is average, but overall highly recommend this hotel!

Great place to stay. Good sized room, fantastic location, good English speaking staff (mostly) and made to feel welcome. Very happy with property. Only comment is that breakfast was a bit ordinary but otherwise absolutely no complaints and would happily return.

This property has been recently renovated to a very high standard. We had 2 rooms booked and both were beautifully clean and very comfortable. Each room had a small kitchenette with fridge and dishwasher. The bathroom was lovely with an excellent shower. Breakfast was included and was absolutely fine - not all to our taste but there was a good choice and we thought it was good value. The staff were all very pleasant but their English was not brilliant and did cause a little confusion. It is in a great location - easy walking distance to Peter / Paul fortress, 10 minutes from the hermitage and 2 minutes from St Saviour Cathedral. There are restaurants close by and a couple of local supermarkets.
I will be returning to Saint-Petersburg in a few weeks and will certainly check availability.
Overall quiet, safe and comfortable in an excellent location.

aExcellent welcoming - a place to come back to anytime

A great apartment hotel in the city centre - our room was exactly as advertised, spacious and clean; heated floors were wonderful! The personnel was exceptional, highly professional and very helpful, especially Irina - both check-in and check-out were flawless. The location of the hotel is absolutely superb - main attractions are all close by (walking distance), and there are numerous restaurants and bars nearby. A fantastic stay!

Room was very clean and just like in the photos. It was during a time of year when there were extra rooms and I was given a free upgrade to a much larger room, which I appreciated very much. Thank you also to the staff at the front desk who were very helpful. In Russia I certainly don't expect people to speak English (it's Russia, not England), and I can't speak Russian at all, but they spoke English so it was very easy to communicate. It's both a blessing and curse to speak English because so many people accommodate English speakers these days that we never learn anything else :(

New and clean rooms. Very nice staff. They let us check in very early which was nice . Windows are totally soundproof. We even had mini kitchen.
Not much of a view which was fine by us as we mainly slept there and showered . Breakfast was served in a cafe next door and was pretty good ( porridge, eggs, sausages, bacon , juice , toast etc). Location is great . Central but quiet.
