Lovely hotel. Staff very helpful. Hotel very clean. Lots of options for food and all very tasty. Animation team work very hard and children kept entertained.

Food was very good, especially Isla restaurant which you could use free once during a week stay. Pools were nice, but littlebit cold in October (for kids). Cleaning every day. All the personal was very helpful and friendly. You have to check out from rooms at 11, but you can stay in hotel and still use pools and eat during the day

Lovely family holiday, the all inclusive food was varied and we always found something that everyone enjoyed to eat. The entertainment staff worked really hard morning until night keeping the adults and kids entertained, especially John! Thank you!

We went for a family holiday to this hotel for 10 nights all inclusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are 3 main outside pools and an indoor pool, we particularly liked the children’s pool and the pool with the with a swim up bar. The rooms had everything required and were cleaned everyday. The hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly. My daughter particularly enjoyed the kids club and kids disco. There was an amazing fire and light show one evening. The animation team were always around day and evening to provide activities and entertainment for adults and kids, particularly making our stay memorable were John from Kenya and the lovely Betti, thank you. The food was good and mostly varied, we always managed to find something we liked each day. The hotel is in a good location and walking distance from local shops and restaurants too. The beach is a short walk across the road. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is so clean and the cleaning team are constantly cleaning and maintaining the high standards.

Bar staff were so friendly and the animation team are so enthusiastic with special mention to John, the DJ who went out of his way to make our kids feel welcome and took time out to speak to them, which they loved.

Food was great and every day there was so many items to choose from.

Overall, we would come back in a heartbeat.

Great family holiday in Crete. Hotel is very clean and staff are lovely. The animation team are great too and always bring the mood up in the hotel. John the DJ is amazing. Always bringing the vibes.

Just got back from our trip and we had a great time. All the staff were amazing but a big thanks to Elena 🤩at reception who looked after us from beginning to end and to Manos in the restaurant for his amazing warmth we did not expect anything like that 🤩. We missed being there and will definitely return. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone. Must also say that the food was great 😊.

Just returned from a lovely week away with the family. Food was delicious and large variety, the food hall was clean and waitresses were always helpful and friendly. Great bar staff.
The rooms were as expected and kept clean by the amazing cleaners.
Lots of activities for all ages, our kids enjoyed the kids clubs and friendly faces as well as the mini disco every night.
Big shout out to John Unga bunga, Cecile and Betti who made our kids holiday. Fantastic with the children and made them feel welcome throughout our stay.
The beach is just a short walk and is absolutely beautiful, we spent many afternoons there.
Only fault is how cold the pools are, especially the kids splash pool was the coldest out of the 5 pools.

Camera este mare si curata. Mancarea si piscinele au fost perfecte. Mult spatiu verde, yoga, activiati. Plaja are nisip fin si gasesti mereu sezlonguri, ne-a placut per total.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Great food, lovely pool areas, perfect location for beach, restaurant and bars without it being hideously busy, fab bright and spacious rooms, All round super hotel. Already looking at going next year.
Speaking for an adult point of view, animation team do an amazing job. In particular John! He is the life and soul of the team. Makes sure he speaks to absolutely everyone and will try get you involved in activities but not pushy in the slightest. If I could give him 6*'s I would! Super lovely guy and you can tell his loves his job.

Best hotel I’ve been to. John in the animation team makes this a SIX star hotel easy. The passion he brings is amazing. We love all the costumes for aqua gym swell.

Lovely family holiday. Great food, nice clean rooms. Usual typical all inclusive drinks, lacking alcohol content. Very few British, primarily Germans. John Unga Bunga was great, always had a lovely smile on his face and found time for a chat.

Drinks were a bit rubbish, seem watered down but a big selection.

Rooms very basic and bathrooms very basic

Pools were cold salt water pools, not heated but fine for us in the hot sun.

Wonderful hotel. Great facilities, clean and tidy. Good variety of food, only improvement that could be made is the quality of the drinks. Entertainment team were all wonderful, made a lovely connection with a gentleman that goes by the name of John Unga Bunga. Very warm and welcoming man.

We've had a such a wonderful family holiday. Great pools, great food and fantastic entertainment group especially John - kids activities, family games, and aqua aerobics - best I've experienced. We're already planning to come back next year!

I want to be honest: our stay in this house was full of contradictions — light and shadow lay close together.

At certain hours, the bathroom gave off a strangely foul odor that robbed the room of any sense of calm. The shower water followed its own course, spreading freely across the floor.

The buffet hall was crowded with travelers, though it was not even high season. The food was digestible enough, yet lacked any spark of flavor or charm.

The massage chamber promised relaxation but delivered little of it: the room was cold, only a thin curtain separated us from the sighs of our neighbors, and the price was far from justified. Still, the staff were kind and genuinely tried to make guests feel welcome.

A special tribute goes to the gracious Cecil and Embla, the brave entertainers of the people! With cheer, warmth, and laughter, they brightened even the dullest of days.

Thus remains the impression of a house that promises more than it keeps — two stars: one for the staff’s smile, and one for the sun that sometimes broke through the clouds.

We were there with our whole family, 13 adults and 1 baby. Everything went great.
The buffet head manager was INCREDIBLE he did everything for us, set the table for us to sit together everyday. Amazing people. There were a lot of unfriendly staff, but the happiest ones make it worth it.
Embla and cecilé from the kids and entertainement staff were awsome.
The rooms were clean everyday, but sea view rooms are very loud if you want peaceful sleeps.
