We were at the hotel during the earthquake in Colombia. The staff were exceptional in making sure we were safe and looking after our needs as best as possible under the circumstances. When we finally managed to leave the city it felt as if we were part of the family. It is a family business and their whole family helped to care for guests and homeless people in the neighborhood. The area around the hotel has many facilities and restaurants and is within easy reach of the main bus station in Pereira.

Les lits sont inconfortables et font beaucoup de bruit. Il manque certains équipements, notamment un sèche-cheveux. Dans l’une des chambres, la douche n’avait pas suffisamment de pression. L’hôtel pourrait être amélioré compte tenu du prix.
