Good value for money, nice oldy-worldy hotel with a lovely restaurant
Pros:

Reception was not manned when we arriuved and it was not at all clear where it was. A member of waiting staff finally guided us. Check-in was good - efficient. Our room was on the first floor, clean, spacious, nice bathroom. Lovely Italian-themed restaurant on site which cooked very good food. Location was good - if needed we could have walked into town for a meal.

Cons:

Reception should be better signposted and if unmanned, a notice announcing how to contact the receptionist.

Cons:

J’avais prévenu de mon arrivée tardive, on devait me laisser ma clef à disposition, personne à l’accueil et tout était fermé, j’ai payé la chambre AVEC petit déjeuner et il n’y avait rien de prévu le lendemain matin !

Cons:

Die Rezeption war 3 Tage nicht erreichbar, weder über Nachrichten noch über Mail. Nie eine Antwort erhalten, nur automatisierte Antworten, die nichts mit meinem Anliegen zu tun hatten. Bei so guten Bewertungen könnte man erwarten, daß eine Person von der Rezeption Mails lesen und beantworten würde.
