Pros:

房間寬敞，有小沙發跟小餐桌椅可使用，地點就在伊達邵商圈，逛街購物很方便，離碼頭很近，清晨或夜晚都可以走路到碼頭散步賞景。

Cons:

沒有停車場，闆娘引導停在很遠的的免費停車場，行李拿取比較不方便，雖然可以先開車到民宿門口放下行李，但是畢竟商圈街道狹窄，逛街的人如果多，要開車到民宿門口也是很不容易。

房間空間舒適簡約乾淨，還有空氣清淨機可使用，民宿位於伊達邵老街，餐飲選擇眾多，距離碼頭也很近，非常方便!

Cons:

傳統民宿沒有電梯，上下樓對於腿腳不便或是行李多的住客較不方便，附近有不算大的免費公共停車空間!

Die Lage ist super – direkt im Zentrum der Nachtmarkt-Einkaufsstraße.
Das Zimmer war sehr groß und mit zwei Doppelbetten sowie zwei Sofas ausgestattet. Es wirkte zwar schon etwas älter, aber der Preis ist unschlagbar.

洗澡的水很難控制.小孩洗澡一直被燙.不是熱水就是冰水很難控制到溫水.

房間非常的大，乾淨。地點就在鬧街中，晚上逛街很方便。

Cons:

真要說有什麼不滿意，也只能說房間，廁所有點老舊，廁所洗手台上沒有洗手液，每次都得進到淋浴地方才能拿到洗手液。
