10/10, staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, rooms are beautifully clean and well presented.
The rooms are nice / the bed & dress of the bed is lovely. The bathtub & bathroom is lovely.
Wasn’t cleaned over in the windows there was cobwebs attached to the seating/chair in the room. The food wasn’t great, presented well but tasteless and bland.
Relaxing and the copper bath was amazing
No Netflix on the tvs and there was still old tooth paste in the sink off the previous people.
Bed was extremely comfortable, check in was nice and easy. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Bath in the room began to let the water out when the taps were turned off, not sure if this was a safety mechanism to stop them overflowing!

Lovely feel about it like home from home, food amazing, service was great and room was out of this world.

The bath and bed were nice and room spacious.
Breakfast was completely inadequate, really cold, hard and tough couldn't eat it. For the price of the stay I was really shocked fed this back at the end of the stay and just got a shrug of the shoulders. No mirror at dressing table in room.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. The staff (Elliott & Kim) were wonderful and so very welcoming and attentive. The food was sensational, huge credit to the amazing chefs and the room was outstanding. Huge copper bath, loved the names of all the rooms, decor was stunning, they really have thought of everything (oh except the rooms should have a fresh decaf coffee bag)
Faultless... so didn't like having to leave! We arrived late and had to leave the morning for work, would love to stay a few nights next time and will definitely be back...

Lovely location, and offering the facilities! Set up great and cannot fault where it is, bar, restaurant and room facilities..
The room wasn’t clean, a lot of dust and stained items; the curtains didn’t fully close so it was bright come morning, the room bath tub drained of water quickly despite the plug being down and the main problem was the bathroom door didn’t close properly so opened up on its own the lock didn’t engage! All issues were reported to the hotel so hopefully resolved for the next guests!
