El desayuno fue un poco desorganizado y se demoraron en levantar algunas mesas

The process to check in is long, but the worse part was the breakfast, they charge 60k pesos but was the worse food we ate in our trip in colombia, the coffee was cold, the arepas not fresh, very disappointed, also it was 2 guys in the coffee bar no very friendly, it’s very bad because the installation are very good. Confianza que le dan a los clientes o huéspedes, mejorar los procesos del check in y check out para que sean más rápidos y efectivos, y el personal me indicó que el restaurante es atendido por otra empresa pero lamentablemente la comida fue terrible y cara, también coincidimos con otros huéspedes en el ascensor que también indicaron su inconformidad

La atención del personal y el caldito de carne del desayuno 10/10. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y valoramos mucho el acceso y disponibilidad de parqueadero y la posibilidad de hospedarnos con nuestra mascota.
