Excelente hotel, desayuno y habitación!
Pros:

Es un excelente hotel en Ciudad Jardín, cerca a varios centros comerciales, desayuno excelente, muy buena atención al cliente. Nos ayudaron con el transporte desde el aeropuerto hacia el hotel y de regreso.

Cons:

Si tienes sueño ligero que no te den habitación en el 2do piso porque se escucha mucho ruido del restaurante y de los salones de eventos.

Varias cosas, no es un hotel barato y como es posible que en pleno 2026 le digan a uno que el tv que es smart tv no tiene conexión a internet cuando hoteles en Cali por menor valor los tienen, el mini bar vacio, no hay ni agua, el room service solo hasta las 10 pm, la nevera esta de adorno, bajé a comprar un café y no habia vasos para el café de la maquina, no lo recomiendo, hay muchas mejores opciones por menor valor, el nombre Hilton queda muy mal con este tipo de servicio. Pero lo del tv y la respuesta de la recepción: "solo hay 2 tvs con internet y son en la suite" muy mal
