The hotel was fantastic! Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The property has wonderful open spaces that create a relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant was excellent with great food and service. Overall, nothing to complain about - it exceeded expectations!

Se ha evidenciado que algunos huéspedes dejan los platos con restos de comida fuera de las habitaciones por periodos prolongados. Por ejemplo, se observaron platos fuera de los cuartos desde las 7:30 p. m. y estos permanecieron allí hasta las 7:00 a. m. del día siguiente, sin ser recogidos.

Esta situación puede generar problemas de higiene y afectar la presentación y el ambiente de las áreas comunes. Por lo anterior, se considera conveniente implementar una ronda adicional para la recolección de platos en horas de la noche. Asimismo, resulta necesario informar a los huéspedes que no está permitido dejar los platos fuera de las habitaciones y que deben comunicarse con el personal para su retiro oportuno.
