Buen desayuno y buena ubicación
al estar en la plaza, el ruido en las noches era insoportable para dormir

la amabilidad de su personal, la habitación era acogedora y no pase frio por lo abrigada que es y eso que no hay estufa.
el desayuno, en la foto se ve mas variado, pero solo tienen una opción. a menos que decidas pagar por un americano u otro tipo.

The hotel is in a very good location, and the restaurant has great views of the main square.
The room was completely different to what I had booked. The room I booked stated to have a balcony and view of the city. Instead, it had a single window that opened into an internal corridor in the hotel. The room was very small and the hotel was noisy.
I reserved a Double Room because it is listed having Landmark View. But they gave me room 201 which has no window except a small window at the top of the bathroom. I argued at check in but this is all they had available, seems like a hit or miss game, not what u reserved.

No heaters during the winter.
Didn’t have BF. The room was okay.
I found hairs in one of the 2 beds and some dirty spots on the cover of the other. They changed VAT which they were not supposed to but when I asked for refund, they said it’s for commission fee changed by Booking.com.!!! It took me almost an hour to argue until they refunded the amount to me. Staff started to make noise since very early in the morning and woke me up.

Breakfast was a joke . Terrible service no option to order items was brought to the table at intervals so food was getting cold
