sehr nah am strand - faliraki center beach, ca. 1-2 gehminuten. die unterkunft ist zentral, trotzdem die berühmte straße der bars daneben ist, ist es sehr ruhig. einfacher check-in und chek-out. platea restaurant gleich daneben - sehr zu empfehlen! mini markt auch direkt daneben. wirklich eine tolle unterkunft.

Resepsiyon yok.Biz şans eseri hizmetli bayanla karşılaştık kendisi çok ilgili biriydi ama genel olarak oda kötü iletişime geçebileceğin kimse yok.bir problem olduğunda dönüş yapan yok. Bir gece idare etmek zorunda kaldık.Dışardan çok fazla ses ve gürültü geliyor.Yol kenarında kapılar çok eski herhan biri gelebilir gibi balkonlar diğer odalarla yan yana birlikte oturuyor gibi.Güvenlik yok. Tam bir hayal kırıklığı. Huzursuz ve keyifsiz bir tatil oldu sayelerinde

Hinta-laatusuhde tässä majapaikassa ok. Sisäänkirjaantumisen ohjeet tulivat vasta kun olimme lentokoneessa. Hiukan sekava kuvio siis, miten avaimet sai. Tiloiltaan ok hotelli. Ranta ja palvelut lähellä. Suht vilkkaan tien varella, jonne päin myös toinen terasseista. Majapaikkana palveli pari yötä hyvin. Keittiön astiat eivät vaikuttaneet ihan puhtailta.

Excellent location right by the beach,the strip ,bus stop,a shop and restaurants

Theres no swimming pool,Super comfy bed No reception as such but you have the guys number who comes and meet you with the key.. Nice bloke,on hand if you need him... simple check out(leave the keys inside and pull the the door to )

The apartments are clean with adequate bathroom and a small kitchen/fridge... plenty of space for 2 people

The strip is 200 yards away from your balcony, some late night music thumping in the background with the door open,but the owners have invested in some decent soundproof patio doors and you wont notice it once closed to sleep

I was particularly impressed that the aircon was no extra charge... watch out for that trick with accommodation at the cheaper end in Greece!,and the room was cleaned,fresh towels daily and clean bedding every other day

In all, for the price and location... cant go wrong tbh... worth its money (September 23)

If we are aware that we are going to a 3-star accommodation, so not a luxury hotel, then it fully met the expectations. It has well air-conditioned rooms. The key can be picked up at the neighboring PLATEA restaurant, which is practically the reception. They cleaned thoroughly every two days, so we got new towels. Thus, we had a fundamentally clean environment. It is not the newest building, but everything is fine. It is very close to the sea! Really only approx. 70 m. It is well located for restaurants, entertainment and shopping. There are many car and motorcycle rental companies nearby. All tourist and historical attractions are easily accessible from Faliraki. I CAN ONLY RECOMMEND!

I would especially like to highlight the ice cream shop next door called "ICE ART" where the ice cream and various sweets are very delicious. As well as the very nice and friendly service from the two boys.

Next time we go, we will choose this place!

Ottima struttura molto discreta e pulita con tutti i servizi al centro della città di faliraki e a due minuti dal mare stanze con tutti i tipi di confort frigo e piano cottura e danno tutto in dotazione prezzzo ottimo servizio eccezionale

Rezeption: nicht vorhanden, wir mussten eine Person such, wir bekamen das Zimmer erst mit 3 Stunden Verspätung, Wartezeit.
Frühstück: im daneben gelegenen Restaurant Azucar, sehr gut, sehr freundliche Bedienung.

Struttura gradevole, semplice ed essenziale. Ottima la posizione e la pulizia. Il condizionatore d'aria funziona alla perfezione ed in pochi minuti rinfresca l'ambiente. La colazione si può consumare tranquillamente al bar, gestito dalla stessa famiglia, a qualunque ora, perché è scollegata dal residence. Tutto molto comodo!

Ottima la posizione di questa struttura che ha permesso a me e il mio ragazzo di godere di una fantastica settimana a Rodi. Le stanze sono nuove e dotate di ogni comfort. Il servizio per i clienti e la pulizia sono, a mio avviso, da migliorare.

La stanza era un mini appartamento molto carino, apparentemente pulito e nuovissimo.Peccato che essendo al piano terra aveva un muro perimetrale come veduta.E la notte se non si chiudeva la finestra si sentivano le urla e gli schiamazzi del popolo della notte.Le stanze erano tutte comunicanti attraverso un corridoio terrazza, per cui se non chiudi il balcone ti puoi trovare tranquillamente qualcuno dentro.
Le pulizie erano una passata dello stesso straccio in cucina e in bagno, quando veniva passato e una passata di scopa per raccogliere capelli, che cmq erano sempre li.
Molto buona la posizione dell'appartamento:vicinissimo alla spiaggia,
al centro e alla fermata del bus.

Lo studio è nuovo ed ha gli stessi servizi in camera di un hotel a quattro stelle, ma con una piccola cucina utile per chi vuole mangiare in camera. Si trova in centro a due passi dal mare e ha vista mare , accanto i proprietari hanno anche un bel bar comodo e per la colazione è un pranzo veloce, con buoni prodotti e fanno anche lo sconto per i clienti del Bivalvia Beach. I proprietari sono gentilissimi è molto disponibili . In conclusione questo è un posto dove tornare, lo consiglio vivamente.

Struttura nuova a due passi dalla spiaggia. Tutto molto pulito, personale gentile ed accogliente.
Wi fi e aria condizionata free inoltre in una zona a due passi dal centro ma molto silenziosa ( io ci sono stata fine giugno inizio luglio).
Decisamente consigliata
