The buffet breakfast was perfect, staff were very friendly and helpful and the shuttle service made the trip easy to manage. We even got a chauffeur driven car hire to take us around.
My family had a very comfortable stay at the Ramada. Great service, hospitality and food.

Ramada in Islamabad was an excellent experience. The staff were very respectful and supportive. They provided me shuttle service back to the airport which was very helpful. Mr. Hanzala was very professional and helpful. Overall all it was awesome.

Room/overall hotel slightly dated but service was to a good standard. Cleanliness was not an issue/concern - good standard. Would recommend the rooftop BBQ.

Great stay! Staff were so friendly and accommodating to meet all my needs. On-site dining was great during Ramadan. Housekeeping checked on me daily and cleaned room with precision.
Most of the hotel staff were really good people and welcomed me warmly, especially Mr. Sultan, the executive assistant Manager. The Service in the breakfast room was outstanding from Usama.
The staff were really nice but the hotel hallways and rooms looked dilapidated. And the pillows were horrible.

Warm freindly service.Rooms were very spacious and clean.We ordered room service and the food was exceptional.Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. The freshly squeezed apple juice was excellent.Many Thanks to the manager Abdul Hayee who sorted us out.
The room was dirty ! We was moved at 1am second room they gave smelt like damp
