This hotel is not great at all , it’s a massive complex that cannot keep up with the cleanliness and rooms. Staff extremely rude on reception especially the Man (manager)
Never towels stocked or toilet rolls daily had to go to reception and ask 3 times in a day. We paid for sea view conjoining room. my family of four was split up into two separated rooms not near each other.
no one explains anything about the complex. there is a few pools one is green like a swamp closed of not cleaned or done anything with.

i’m sorry i never write reviews but this has been a terrible
place to stay and wouldn’t want another family booking this and thinking it looks ok and be really disappointed like us. We spent an awful lot of money on the complex to as the all inclusive is shocking. The only nice part of this place is the beach on the hotel and the massive pool which isn’t part of this hotel it’s mad. All drinks are out bottles only one beer on draft. Bar opens at 10.
One thing i will say animation staff are brilliant and very friendly and fun. i would not go back if it was given for free.

This hotel is an absolute scam. Filthy in every corner, no sign of maintenance, and the place is literally falling to pieces. The food is vile and barely fit for consumption. Rooms are infested with large ants and cockroaches. Staff routinely lie to guests without shame. I have travelled a lot, and I have never experienced such a disgraceful place – never again.

I had a great time staying at Hotel Zahra on Djerba! The atmosphere is very relaxing, the rooms are clean, and the beach is just a short walk away. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

One of the highlights of our holiday was the entertainment team—especially the amazing animator Hayder! He made every activity so much fun, always full of energy and positive vibes. Whether it was beach games, evening shows, or just chatting with guests, Hayden truly made everyone feel welcome and included.

Such a lovely holiday. The resort is very simple and the room was very basic few things were broken but is perfect when you spend the day by the pool and at the entertainment. We found the pool facilities amazing a nice small quiet pool also with a big pool. They had a good mix of activities ran by the animators with a mix of pool aerobics, dancing, water polo and more. They also ran lots of parties in the evening which were good to go to lots of dancing with good shows, we especially enjoyed the fakir show which had lots of audience participants. The food was very tasty and had a good mix of things each night. We enjoyed the chefs cooking things in front of us such as the pasta, pancakes and fresh fish. Overall such a nice holiday would recommend this resort to people especially due the price and was pleasantly surprised by the resort.

The hotel is lovely animators are absolutely amazing and constantly active and involved. You will definitely not be bored in this hotel. The animator Luki was our favourite always with the biggest smile. When it comes to the rooms some have very bad air conditioning as the hotel is under renovation and some rooms are old but the staff is very helpful and will change your room if needed. This hotel has the most beautiful beach with plenty of chairs and is not busy, the food is amazing and always changes so you won’t get bored. We will definitely come back to this hotel as the people working here made our stay so enjoyable!

This was the biggest disappointment of my life. A prison cell would be more welcoming. Star rating one at most. Rooms smelly - no window - like a cave, no soap, towels or even toilet paper. Waited for over an hour before getting to room and another for them to “sort things”. Left.

Let's start with the good!! Waiters and bar staff are fabulous. Pool and communal areas are kept clean Food ok but could do with a bit more variety. Bad :- Reception staff and Managers have no service skills and are just blatantly rude. Cats are allowed in the Dining room I witnessed someone cooking chicken and using the same tongs for raw and cooked chicken. Bedrooms are run down and have cockroaches in them. Animation staff are really nice and work really hard with long hours, however if we were asked once about going to shows and Tombolas we were asked about 20 times and get in your personal space. It can be quite intimidating. Overall there is a lot more that needs doing advertised as a 4 star probably more like a 2.

Animation team are what makes this hotel! Jambo, Kiki, Pedro & Pikachu are all the BEST - thank you!

Room - dirty on arrival, bugs in the hotel room & did not provide enough towels for the people in the room EVERYDAY this was an issue and back to reception EVERYDAY. Room not cleaned everyday, bedding has not been changed once! We have been here for a week and have the same bedsheets on!

EasyJet Rep Mohamed - ensured we had a new room & spoke with the hotel manager for us to rectify, he was very contactable via WhatsApp everyday and was visible around the hotel

Food - small selection of food, plates dirty and dining area dirty.

Guests - this hotel has groups of males staying in the hotel (mainly from Libiya) THIS HOTEL IS NOT SAFE FOR YOUNG FEMALES!!! we (three females) were consistently watched and harassed by a group of men from libiya staying in this hotel. One evening they followed us from the bar/entertainment area and attempted to follow us to our room A GROUP OF MALES. Scared is an understatement. Security had to be contacted to take us back to the room safely, yet ten minutes later this group of males were knocking on the row of apartments we were on shouting ‘hello’. Did not feel safe!

EasyJet rep Mohamed met with us the following day and ensured security and the hotel were on high alert and this matter was resolved with security ensuring our safety BUT this was after the fact & events the evening before.

Hotel facilities - you cannot get a drink until 10am at the lobby bar after breakfast. The pool bar was not open when we have been here for had a ten minute walk to the lobby bar (unsafe with glass and drinks to and from the pool). Outdated and needs an upgrade / better maintaining of the building and facilities!

We were delighted with the Animators, especially Abderahmen Kadri, who impressed us so much that if he is there next year, we will be back. Good barmans , nice personel, and everything in hotel it’s amazing especially service bar in zahra better than another also restaurant it’s okay 👌 every waiters in the bar zahra are good service like fedi fahemi , zied. And tarek The best trip to mee I want to came again because I liked ❤️

We had very nice room with a side view from the balcony to the sea. Very good beds, the room was really clean, every day is coming a cleaning lady to make an order and change the towels. Good aircondition, we had really nice temperature in the room.

You can always find your prefered food in the restaurant. When you give to the waiters some little money, they really care and do the best possible for you.

Services of the reception desk were also fine. A real problem was wifi. Its available just at the lobby, not in the rooms and during our stay it was not working for 3 days (!). The best you can do is to buy some extra data at home or local data card on internet to be sure, you will have all the comfort you are used for when using your phone.

There are some shops with local products and souvenirs at a corridor betweeen the hotels. They dont have fixed prices, so you have to talk about it.

Have to say, tunisian people are really nice, always ready to help you.
Hotel and the beach is with some imperfections, but if you have experience with arabic countries, its just something you notice and dont care. We had great stay for a very acceptable price.

This hotel is very beautiful, people animaction is very crazy and positive. In pool is very clean and there is a lot of fun. Restaurant destoys good food🍝 every night is another party show and this five for people very fun 💃🏻🕺🏻 love this place ❤️🌴

I really don't know, why this hotel has only 3,2 points... I was here with my friend, we had really good time over here. Our room - bungalow - was absolutely perfect - every day cleaned by one older man - he was very cute and precise. Bungalow offers you 100% privacy...
Regarding food - every day perfect beef or lamb for me (I cannot eat chicken and fish). And you can find really a lot of fruit and vegetables by breakfast, lunch and dinner too.
During a day you can visit the bar next Reception - all day you can see smiling stuff. Be careful - they prepare strong drinks here. Always you can find coffee, water and non alcoholic drinks too..
Stuff - always helpful - if you need something - all people from hotel help you. If you need taxi, towel, shampoo, water, where to go etc...
You can visit wellness center too... Nice place, very cute ladies over here - they take care of you 1,5 hour...
This hotel has only one drawback... sunbeds on the beach... there are really few of them for such a large capacity of the hotel. I recommend bringing a beach blanket to avoid this "problem". If you have a beach blanket, nothing will surprise you and you will definitely enjoy your vacation here. It's unbelievable that for this price the hotel offers so much....
