Excelente hotel, servicio de lujo! Ubicación magnífica
Pros:

El hotel es muy cómodo y está siempre impecable, limpio y ordenado.
La piscina climatizada.
El desayuno es exquisito, tiene de todo y más!
Los masajes de Leda muy recomendables, se paga aparte pero vale la pena.

Cons:

Sólo que el jacuzzi no pude usarlo, hay que pedir que lo prendan y demora mucho, es poco práctico.

La amabilidad del personal y su comodidad, su ubicación

Que el spa tenía costo aparte, y que no había cortina en la ventana del baño ya que por esa parte ingresaba luz

CONFUSO EN EL PAGO DE LA RESERVA

la comida del restaurante es rica.

Cons:

La parte de las reservas no son claros, no es claro lo que se paga, no te dan la factura del alojamiento hasta que no reclamas y encima te facturan por menos valor. Las respuestas del WhatApps me indicaron cuando llame era porque responde una IA, una verguenza que temas importantes de valores de pagos se realice por IA que no tiene la informacion de mi reserva. Mala la administracion.

Muy buena, pero con mal comienzo por el problema de las llaves

Todos los servicios fueron muy buenos

Cons:

No me gustó el sistema de llaves para entrar a la habitación. Estuvimos media hora para conseguirlo.....hay que bajar una APP, cargar contraseña,etc, etc. No me quiero imaginar el caso de gente mayor que no maneja la tecnología....Además, en nuestro caso veníamos viajando desde Córdoba, más de 11 hs y 1070 kms.... uno quiere llegar y descansar, no estar media hora para conseguir la llave de la habitación
