Das ganze Team vom Hotel Bergkristall sind herzlich, hilfsbereit und für ihre Gäste immer da. Das Essen ist vorzüglich.

Lokalizacja to centrum miasteczka, śniadania bardzo dobre z lokalnymi produktami. Hotel bardzo czysty i kameralny. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna.

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber und Personal. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe und sind sehr geräumig. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet und das Abendessen (Halbpension) war ein Traum. Auch Hunde sind herzlich willkommen unsere Labrador Hündin hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Un hotel frumos, intr-un sat tipic, inconjurat de munti frumosi
Pros:

Hotelul pare recent renovat, modern, dar au lasat si cate ceva vechi (usa de lemn de la camera pentru schi, un salon al restaurantului cu obiecte agricole pe pereti). Am fost in saptamana dupa Craciun si erau foarte multe onamente de sarbatoare. Camera e mica, dar foarte bine organizata, curatenie perfecta. Mancarea a fost excelenta, mic dejun cu multe feluri de mancare, cina cu patru feluri, felul principal fiind la alegere. Au o zona mica de spa, cu 2 saune clasice, sauna infrarosie si pat madaj automat. Patronii si echipa sunt simpatici. Speram sa revenim intr-o vara sa parcurgem traseele montane din zona.
