Charmant mais un peu roots.
Pros:

L’établissement est idéalement situé, au calme mais en restant au cœur du centre ville, le jacuzzi est agréable et le lieu a du charme.

Cons:

La chambre est assez petite et sommaire, il faut enlever la bâche du jacuzzi et la remettre à chaque fois manuellement ce qui ne correspond pas vraiment aux standards d’un 4 étoiles. Si vous êtes un peu roots c’est très bien, mais si vous aimez le confort ce n’est peut être pas l’endroit idéal même si cela reste très correct.

Ein mit Herz geführtes kleines Hotel mit wunderbarem Innenhof
Pros:

Dadurch das es so wenige Zimmer sind habe ich es genossen das Personal (und die Tiere) kennen lernen zu können. Auch mit wenig bis gar nicht spanisch konnten wir uns gut verständigen und konnten manchmal sogar zusammen lachen.

Hier arbeiten alle mit Herz. Jeden Tag habe ich beobachtet wie der Garten und die Veranda inklusive Jacuzi gepflegt werden und ich hab volles Vertrauen, dass sie alles pflegen wie es nur geht. Das Frühstück ist total okay, jeden Morgen kannst du dich auf einen gedeckten Tisch für dich freuen und aussuchen wie du deine Eier willst oder eben Yoghurt mit Cornflakes als Hauptgang (Früchte und Saft und Kaffee sind immer dabei).

Was ich auch sehr gut finde ist, dass immer ein Wasserspender und Tee bereit stehen.

Da ich relativ lange da war (8 Nächte) habe ich auch mal vormittags die Veranda genossen um mich zu sonnen oder die Hängematte um einfach mal zu chillen. Ich hab Recca die Papageiendame sehr gemocht (Sie mag Frauen-Glück gehabt) und die beiden kleinen Haushündchen konnte ich auch ins Herz schließen.

Und ja: wenn man sich abends im Jacuzi aufwärmt und den Mond beobachtet ist das sehr entspannend und schön. Ich hatte ihn immer für mich alleine, weil ich vielleicht auch immer relativ früh Abendessen war und danach im Hotel.

Cons:

Man sollte wissen: Wenn es zu kalt ist, dann ist das Zimmer auch entsprechend kalt und schattig sowieso.
Die Fenster sind zur Straße und man hat sie deshalb nicht immer auf. Luft kommt dennoch durch die Badezimmerfenster rein, was mir wichtig war. Ich war vorher auch in einem Hotel in Salento und auch da war es eher so, dass die Zimmer zweckmäßig zum Schlafen sind. Ist man tagsüber da, hält man sich im Innenhof auf. Und genau dafür ist hier genau richtig.

Cons:

Pas de réception la nuit ni de personnel à disposition après le départ du personnel de jour. Petit déjeuner minimaliste. Literie un peu molle.

A bit disappointed
Pros:

Jacuzzi, fire pit, breakfast.

Cons:

Small, loud music next door at night, parking maybe difficult. Expected 4-star hotel, but it definitely not.

Se baigner seuls en famille dans ce lieu magnifique était génial !
Pros:

L’hôtel magnifique dans le pur style colombien est très bien situé dans Salento mais un tout petit peu excentre, ce qui est parfait ! Les équipements, de la literie au jacuzzi sont en très bon état. Le personnel est adorable !

Cudownie, klimatycznie i smacznie!

Cudowny obiekt z przemiła obsługa, pysznym śniadaniem i niesamowitym klimatem. Polecam w 200%!

grundsätzlich sehr liebevolle Anlage mit viel Pflanzen und Yakuzzi, welches wir aufgrund trüben Wassers nicht genutzt haben
Personal freundlich
der hauseigene Vogel namens Rebecca ist ur lieb und zutraulich

Cons:

Badezimmer viel zu klein
obwohl großes Zimmer mit 3 Betten für 2 bis 4 Personen genommen, kein Platz für Tisch bzw. Sessel oder gar Garderobe zum Aufhängen von Kleidung
leider keine Beleuchtung beim Bett zum Lesen
zum Licht abdrehen musste man das Bett verlassen, da kein Lichtschalter in der Nähe des Bettes
viele Steckdosen, jedoch sollten diese öfter überprüft bzw. angeschraubt werden, da nicht alle trotz kolumbianischem Adapter nicht funktionierten
Bei den Wasserhähnen in der Dusche fielen die Abdeckungen herab

Frühstück sehr spartanisch, obwohl Ei nach Wunsch zubereitet wurde
manchmal nur lauwarmes Wasser zum Duschen
nur ein Mistkübel und dieser befand sich im WC Bereich

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, hotel charmant typique avec plein d'arbres, la gentillesse du personnel, le coin hamac ect...

Cons:

Hotel bruyant où l'on entend tout ce qui se passe a l'extérieur, les chambres donnent toutes sur le jaccuzi et certaines personnes y restent jusqu'à très tard, ils parlent, mettent de la musique et chantent. Dommage que la direction n'intervienne pas pour calmer le bruit a partir d'une certaine heure.
La gérante est venue toquée a notre porte le 1er jour pour que nous réglions la chambre alors que nous étions tranquillement entrain de faire une sieste. Peut etre cela aurait pu attendre de nous croiser dans l'hôtel lors de nos entrées/sorties sachant que nous restions 4 nuits au total.

Estadía perfecta.
Pros:

La habitación muy buena, lo mismo la ubicación. El trato del personal desde nuestra llegada hasta nuestro retiro fue un 10. Si volvemos a Salento, sin dudarlo buscaría el mismo hotel.

Cons:

La única crítica sería que en el baño de la habitación principal el desague del lavamanos era ,uy lento y el agua se acumulaba.
