HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DON'T STAY HERE!!! 😭

Only the location. Everything else was HORRIBLE!

Cons:

HORRIBLE staff!!!! The people at the reception were extremely rude and mean! Firstly, we had booked 4 rooms for our family reunion and requested them at check-in to give them all on the same floor. They told us in a very horribly mean way that they can't do that and they don't care if it's a family reunion. The lady literally said "so? I don't care. Just take the rooms or not, doesn't matter". It turns out that the kind of rooms we had booked could not possibly be on the same floor but that could've been communicated to us in a polite way.

Secondly, they didn't have water 1 WHOLE day and they didn't provide any alternate solution for us or show that they cared in any way. When we asked them when they expected the water to be back. The simple answer was "no idea". We asked them what action they were taking to complain to the authorities, whoever they may be, to get the problem resolved, they responded with "that's not our problem, the whole building is out of water. You can do whatever you want at your end, we cannot help you" so we asked okay what would you like us to do? The rude lady said "go search the internet, it has everything you want on it these days."

Thirdly, one of the rooms' fridge was not cooling at all. We would put cold drink bottles in the fridge and they would turn warm after a little while. We complained a few times, they said they'll send someone to check it out but no one came to check and no one fixed it.

Their could-care-less attitude annoyed us so much that we told them we would have relocated if we hadn't paid for 4 nights in advance. To which they responded "you can still leave". We said please don't expect a good review from us on booking.com and they said "it doesn't make any difference to me".

Highly DISCOURAGE everyone from making the mistake of booking this accomodation!!! Please stay ANYWHERE in Belgrade but here.
