The location was great, very central. Everything was within reach (restaurants, tourist spots and so on). The access to the room and communication was prompt and to the point. There was a locked door in the entrance of the building so, there was some added security.
My room was a bit small overall I felt but it was ok, it was very clean.
Parking wise there's a parking lot nearby, but you need to be a bit lucky to find a spot from the start, also mind the prices as it can get a bit expensive.
The sound insulation was a bit lacking; but it wasn't too bad but it's something to keep in mind I guess

Temizlik konusunu beğenmedi, oda da ki çarşaflar biraz kirli idi. Odayı temizlemeleri için “ odayı temizle “ kağıdı bıraktık. Odaya döndüğümüz zaman sadece çarşafları düzeltmişler ama fakat onu bile düzeltmemişler öylesine ellemişler sadece oda da ki çöpü değiştirmişler o kadar. İki tane piriz yerinden çıkmıştı , lavabo içinde ki kapak çıkıyordu , duşa kabinde kapı yok önü açık
The location was 4-5 minutes walk to the center so it was very convenient.
The reception hours were a problem, some days we couldn’t reach the reception after 4pm. The building was old as well as the elevator. We could hear the bar music downstairs at very late at night. The windows are not soundproof. They don’t offer water everyday which made things difficult for us we had to buy and carry water every few days. Some furniture was damaged and needs to be fixed. It wasn’t dirty but it wasn’t very clean either.

Excellent location in the city center, close to all major landmarks. There is public parking right next to the hotel—which is great—costing 2,000 Serbian dinars per day. The accommodation is good and offers good value for money. I highly recommend it.
I think the hotel's biggest issue is its management and organization. They forgot to prepare the bedding for the sofa bed, and although the accommodation was for four people, it was set up for only two. The reception closes at 8 PM, so there was no one available to provide what we needed. There was no iron in the room, which was a problem for us. The elevator is outdated, and the hallways need freshening up to eliminate the smell from the carpets. However, we were generally satisfied, and these issues did not affect our overall satisfaction.
