The Imperial Hotel

Lovely warm welcome as always. Clean and warm (nights are getting colder now) comfy bed as always and very nice dinner and breakfast. Excellent service from all the team.

The hotel is in the most beautiful spot overlooking Rocquaine Bay. Accessible walks from the hotel and bus service very good. Only 10 minutes from the airport.
Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Dining room really good, with a good varied menu, lovely food, excellent service and wonderful views over the bay.

The location of the property is good but the property is dated and the room was uncomfortable to stay in because it felt dirty. There were large stains on the lamp shade, the blind was dirty and looked like a child had trimmed the bottom of it. Staff were at the customer entrance in the car park smoking and swearing, which was not nice.

Another great comfortable stay at the Imperial - staff are very friendly and rooms very clean. Beds good.

Great location, lovely staff, all extras very much appreciated, bottled water every day, free newspapers, breakfast was excellent.

Location is the best. Quiet and beautiful.

The Imperial Hotel was fantastic we have had a lovely time on holiday . The cleanliness was amazing and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. The food was great plenty of choices for breakfast and dinner

The rooms are clean, well presented, a decent size, with a good shower and bed. TV is very small though. Location is great, especially the outside bar space on a sunny day, with fantastic views. Parking available outside or if busy in the street too. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Food, especially breakfast was of a high standard too. Would highly recommend.

Lovely position, views and restaurant. The staff are particularly good: helpful, friendly and professional. I especially appreciate the loan of a phone charger.

Right on a fantastic beach for swimming and next to cliffs for easy, accessible walking.
There's a bus stop to take you into St Peter Port if you want to go shopping or just hop on and explore the island.
The food is fantastic, the staff are all lovely and I can't wait to go back.

Room was clean and nice, albeit above the restaurant so slightly noisy until about 9pm.
Restaurants is good.
The lounge area is nice, however the staff were really busy serving both lounge and pub and this resulted in some small delay and some lack of housekeeping in the lounge area.
Breakfast was good.

Stayed one night when over on business. Had room 14 with a small balcony - side sea view. Service was very good - staff helpful and friendly. Lounge area nice to sit in the evening. Breakfast was great various options very fresh and efficient service.

Fantastic ocean front setting with excellent food. Very friendly staff and a very relaxed holiday feel. Nice to be out of main port area but with island easily accessible by bus with stop right out the front. Felt safe as a solo traveller.

Hotel was a real pleasure to stay at. Staff, friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and real quality produce. Room was great. Bathroom a little dated and in need of some tlc but the shower was powerful
