Hotel Suites La Roca

We unfortunately had to verify by ourselves that the negative comments are true. We don't recommend at all.

This hotel is closed!! They took our money and never told Hotels.com that it was closed. Doors are barred and no one inside. Had to stay at another hotel across the street so we saw that it was always closed.

Este lugar casi está inhabitable, no corresponde las imágenes que publican con las reales, la habitación súper sucia con demasiado mal olor, baños asquerosos, para dormir un colchón en el piso. Nos tuvimos que ir, rentar en otro lugar y no nos devuelven el dinero. Fue un ROBO

Hotel muy sucio y antiguo, no se los recomiendo para nada, la alberca no funciona, en general todo está muy sucio, paredes, manijas, jamás regresaría.

El problema es la suciedad en las paredes externas que se puede soluciinar rapido. Las habitaciones están en buenas condiciones para el precio. Y la alberca no estaba habilitada lo cual fue una pena.

No tenían servicio d internet ni de agua para bañarse

Le falta muchísima limpieza y cuidado de las habitaciones.

The first clue was when ubber drivers will refuse the trip over and over again. Finally someone did drive us and warn us not go out at night. When we arrived I can tell why. This is the worst place I ever booked. I asked to see the rooms, so we made our way up the stairs , dirty , garbage , smoke, licour , sex combination smell. It was nauseous. We turned around and look to book another hotel, the first thing I did was to take a shower. Please don't stay here if you value your life.

Sucia , en una ubicacion super peligrosa todos los taxistas nos recomendaron no salga de noche por aqui ... mal expedia por que teniamos otro hospedaje y nos cancelaron ahi sin saber las condiciones del hotel y que es muy peligroso por ahi . Nos fuimos a playa del carmen 2 dias y al regresar ya eataba rentada la habitacion y aun no acababa nuestra renta .

Property looks really good in the pictures but once you are there not worth the money - lacks many things - the only good part was the soft bed other than that the place needs much attention.

Es una farsa ese hotel NO respetan las reservaciones hechas con expedía, me enviaron a otro hotel más barato y de menor categoría

El hotel es muy malo las toallas son sucias sin lavar las sabanas igual no dan cobijas y la cocineta es muy sucia el baño se ve que nunca lo lavaron aparte estaba tapado y nunca me li destaparon aunque puse muchas veces la queja el piso sucio en resumidas cuentas un desastre de hotel perdi mi dinero ahy solo pase rabias

El mejor hotel de toda la ciudad, en relación precio/calidad.
Gran ubicación, cerca de todo. Atención excelente por parte del personal. Siempre volveré al Suites La Roca.

Nada es lo que publican en sus fotos, mejorarian si usaran olores en las habitaciones y el paqueo, NO TENGO QUEJAS DEL PERSONAL, son muy amables y previsible. Pero fue una gran decepción ver las fotos publicadas y ver otra cosa al llegar.

Buena experiencia

This is a nice hotel with all the amenities that we needed for our 10 days. We enjoyed a beautiful swimming pool on top of the terrace. The front desk service people was excelent with a great custumer service skills. Only the toilet was with little bit of prolem, but the plomery guy fixed the toilet the same day we reported. Overall, the hotel is great and it's in the center of the Downtown of Cancun.
