I had a decent room. Nice windows, central location. The place was clean.

Big bed. Clean. Great location. Attentive staff.

Comfortable, clean, small, good staff.Very quiet at night, but it's directly across the parking lot from an elementary school, so it's difficult to sleep in.

A lovely place in the center of Chaing Mai, located above a caffee that operated during the day.

If you check in after 6pm, you will need to pick up the keys at the sister boutique hotel, located few minutes away.

Location was great, the place was quiet and affordable.
We enjoyed it 😊

Muy buen situado en cuanto a cercanía a templos como Chedi Luang o mercadillo del Sunday market.
Tiene 8 o 10 habitaciones sitio tranquilo.

Lovely little place tucked away in a quiet road, but right in the old city centre. Only a short walk away from some of the best cafés and restaurants the city has to offer, as well as the famous Sunday walking street.

The property is next to a kindergarten, so it's best to avoid getting in and out around the time the school starts/ends each day.

Would definitely stay here again.

レイトチェックインで系列の別のホテルでチェックインとなりました。事前に送迎のお願いメールをしたところ、その旨教えていただきましたが、連絡しなくてもお知らせいただけるといいな、と思いました。200m離れたところから係の方が私の重たいキャリーケースを運んでくれて、さらに部屋のある3階まで持ってくれました。ありがとうございました。シャワーの排水が弱く、水が溜まりがちなのが気になりました。テレビはCATVの番組表があるものの、チャンネルを回してもCATVに切り替わらず観られませんでした。使用方法などがあると嬉しかったです。今回は一泊の利用なので問題なく使えましたが、長期だとその辺りを改善してほしいと思いました。

Moins aimé: ils ne m'ont pas expliqué le système d'ouverture de la porte car après 17h, il n'y a pas de personnel. Je me suis retrouvée coincée à l'intérieur. Petite aventure!

Everything was great. We traveled with another couple and found the hotel lobby a very comfortable place to meet up and visit in the evening. If I would have known the hotel was close to a school I would have slept with my earplugs

Getting here - make sure you get to the right property as there is another building with a similar name nearby. We ended up at the wrong one but was shown the way to the correct one. It was late so someone had to let us in after we called a number. It is esentially a cafe with rooms upstairs. The room was very clean and looked new, however rather small. Just about enough moving space.AC worked well. Free breakfast is provided. Wifi worked well. Staff could not understand English that well, but that's okay. They helped out as much as they could. We had an early check out, and no one was at the desk so we had to just leave our key there.

朝食付きということであったが、お粗末の一言。すべてセルフサービスでパン＜食パン＞、ゆで卵、バナナ等、インスタントコーヒを適当においてあるだけ。
階下のコーヒ店では一応まともな朝食を出しているのに！＜コーヒ店はすぐ近くの有名なタイ料理店、ホテルと同じ経営＞
最初から朝食なしということであれば特に不満はないが、その分ホテル代を安くしろ！
窓の鍵がガタガタ、窓の建てつきが悪い。

하우스엔까페 라고 되있으나 문이 잠겨 있었다.
전화하라고 유리창에 붙어있으나 전화는 안되는 상황 ㅠㅠ 기다리니 들어 오시던 주인분이 체크인 해줌

매일 청소는 깨끗이 해주나 침구에 개미들이 기어다님. 짐속에도 개미 몇마리가 들어갔음ㅠㅠ

체크아웃 한 후로도 몸이 가렵고 따갑다 ㅠㅠ

조식도 빵쨈이 다 별루이다

다시 이용하라 한다면 비추

staff was nice and easy to communicate. the living environment is quiet and clean.

This a small boutique hotel,. It is very clean, charming with a friendly staff. They own a very good restaurant across the street, and offer tour services. The cafe downstairs is very nice. My only criticism of the hotel is they offer breakfast included, but it is only boiled eggs, banana, citrus, euro cake type snacks, toast, and Nescafé instant coffee. I think it would be better if they offered a breakfast voucher as an option for their excellent restaurant across the street. That is were I ate breakfast instead.
