White Boutique Hotel and Spa

A really nice hotel with comfortable spacious rooms. Excellent beds and showers. A nice breakfast is available. Staff are friendly and polite. Overall a great place to stay. A short walk from yhe Old Town. Very safe area.

Good sized and tasteful room, walkable to Chiang Mai old town and markets. The only thing I dislike is the cold daylight (white) lighting commonly used by hospitals.

Very nice but basic hotel. The rooms are very basic but they were very accommodating when we asked to move to a higher room as it was a bit noisy. We were around a 15 min walk from the main part of Chiang Mai. The breakfast was very basic but it is a quiet hotel so they don’t have lots of people to cater too.
The safe didn’t work which was frustrating but we needed our passports as we were out and about during the time we were there

We used the hotel as a base to do some sightseeing around Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.

White Boutique Hotel and Spa is strategically located, near the Old Town and the Phae Gate. Finding your next destination from the hotel is easy either by walking or riding available ride- hailing application grab or maxim, the most common used transpo services. But if you have interesting sites to see, they have tour services and can assist you on places you would want to explore at their lobby. We got 3 tours from them and we are satisfied.

The food served in their breakfast buffet has variety of fruits, coffee or tea and rice with your choice of sausages, ham and egg. Just enough to give you the energy you need for the morning.

Their staff are helpful getting out of their way to help with any concerns guests may have. It's our home away from home.

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff were amazing. It was within walking distance to everything. The room was clean and spacious! The breakfast was delicious every morning. The pool area was clean and we loved the greenery and flowers, it made it seem peaceful in the middle of a city. We absolutely recommend staying here.

This is certainly not a 4 star hotel, max 2 stars. Old worn out hotel and the pool is filled with sea water without chemicals, so they can save money, does not immediately invite you to swim in it ... You also do not get a 2nd card for the room, so you cannot charge anything from electronics when you are not there, charging is only possible at night. You can also only turn on the air conditioning when you come to the room late at night, so it takes a long time then to have a pleasant temperature ... They sell excursions to National parks and excursions with elephants in the mud and if there are a few stains on their completely worn out towels they wanted to charge us for new towels at the time of check-out. A very stupid discussion about something small you don’t want on your holiday ! If there is a problem, don’t wait for check out to tell somebody... It says enough of the owner wants to make a big fuzz about an old dirty towel !Never experienced this before, while we have already traveled the whole world. Small-scale hotel where the owner wants to make money on everything. There are much better options around !

Enjoyed staying here, The breakfast was good and hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and we slept very good. Located close to Old City, night markets and local places to eat. Can get a Grab or Bolt for transportation to local areas. Many of the tours are very accommodating and pick and drop off here. Would definitely recommend!!!

Very friendly and accommodating staff, always went out of their way to help. Good breakfast. Everything was was clean and fresh.

Recently stayed at the White Boutique Hotel for 3 nights. Large, comfortable room, hot shower. The bed was extremely firm. The Hotel is not far from the Old City. The evening desk staff were very helpful in directing us to street markets and restaurants. All within a 15-20 minute walk.
And the staff managing the tour desk arranged our taxi rides to and between our next destinations. We also had Thai massages in The Home Spa attached to the Hotel and would highly recommend it. Clean, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere there, unlike many of the massage places you see lining all the streets of Chiang Mai. And the massage itself was fabulous!

A nice hotel in a convenient neighbourhood. Loved the pool area.

A great place and even better people working there. The spa is great. Only 2 or 3 minute walk from the Old Town SW corner and 5 minute walk to the canal with night shops. True local food near the canal or the more tourist locations near Old Town. Will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was short but wonderful. the staff were so helpful and quickly fixed any issues that our room had which were minimal - (soap dispenser was clogged) the pool was a lovely way to refresh and meet other guests and breakfast was delicious! A great stay overall!

Excellent hotel. Welcoming staff, nice room and lovely pool close to the mote and night bazaar. Looking forward to our next stay!
