Nice stay and easy access

There was food on the floor under the bed and candy wrappers and beer caps around the hot tub

It was a nice quiet place. We would go back again. Make sure if it is cold outside that you read the binder to learn how to properly turn on the heat! It was nice having a hot tub in your room. They send you a door code so no there is no checking in there.

Our initial opinion was favorable. However, after our first night as we were adjusting the sheets we noticed the linen was soiled/dirty. The shower screen/pole was not attached and fell when we first opened it. The light socket under the TV, when I pulled an electrical plug out...the entire electrical box came with it. The bracket holding the TV still had dirt/dust on it from when it was installed.

I had a terrible time on arrival. I thought I was fully”checked in” when I reserved the room. On arrival no one was around to give me my room key. Called the emergency number, left a message never got a call back. Went to MacDonnels got connected on my IPad and found message with the room number to get in. Got inside and jacuzzi was running, and running for 1 1/2 hrs as it is right next to the main room and TV had to jac up volume concerning since after 10 PM. Tried to shut it off but off switch locked behind the side service door of the unit. I found the maintguy next day and he shut it off and vacuumed up a large infestation of bugs on the sink and adjacent surfaces in the kitchen. The front door had to be slammed to engage the lock. Wanted to raise up the heat but Could not figure out how to do it. Would be nice to see instructions but the welcome book had little.

Considering the $$ Ispent for a night I think a 1st nite refund is in order.

The area is secluded, quiet, pretty clean. There are small things you notice here and there but no deal breakers. We have been there the last 3 years for honey moon and anniversaries and haven’t ran into another person while we were there even when the parking lot was full. The price is fair for the accommodations.

Entry way into the rooms smelled like mildew, and entry into the room was greeted by musty and mildew smelling air which was only penetrated by the even stronger smell of chlorine from the hot tub. The dishes had brown water on them from the previous wash, and the hot tub was only used for less than 30 minutes because the amount of chlorine used became irritating.

For the amount spent, it will not be one we return to. Much was left to be desired and improved upon.

Such a cute property. Just a few minutes to Nashville, nice little common areas outside. Was a great stay

It was great very quiet. Accessable and a great spot. If you need a romantic get away this is a perfect spot for a couple days stay.

It's a good experience other than if you play music the person next to you can hear it and I had a small speaker and they pounded on the wall and my hot tub kept shutting off on its own they are pretty old tubs. Not worth the money. Was really hoping it was premium but it's kinda close I guess.

It is a beautiful property especially for your money. Beds very comfortable, nice clean room with a balcony, an area out back of the property near a small lake/pond with gazebo and area out back with chairs to sit and have a fire, quiet and beautiful surroundings feels very feels and looks so expensive. Cons for us were not having staff on site when we couldn’t locate notification with our door code. Also our room was very hot and shower never got hot. In hopes of it was dumb luck we would go back and try again. We had a very wonderful and romantic weekend!

No front deck service at ALL. I got locked out of our E-mail, I had to have someone go to our home to send the code to get into our room. Tried to contact them threw the contact ways with no response ! The place was dirty, The chain that flushes the toilet was broken, and the water pressure was VERRY LOW. The rest of the room is maybe average. The cost for two nights was $500. One would think for the way there add read it would be a great place to stay ( IT WAS VERRY DISAPOINTING). We will never stay @ one of their establishments AGAIN!!!

Great stay! Wonderful, very private. We stayed through the week and had the place to ourselves! Would stay again.

The wine glasses thst were provided were not cleaned from previous guest.
Loved the hot tub

Other reviews made us hesitant, but, after arriving, suite 14 was spotless, modern, and smelled great! I saw another review claiming an odor, you do have a bit of a humid smell walking up, but rooms are nice and have no bad smells!

The overall room was clean and welcoming. But the BIG problem we had was no air conditioning, the room was so hot that we neither one slept. Had to get out of bed an take a shower to cool off. We loved the location and privacy. Hopefully this review will help you look into the problem, so the next couple will have less inconvenience.

Wonderful property quiet and peaceful

The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. It was a hot day and the AC kept the humidity down and was perfect for sleeping. Hot tub was perfect and very clean as well. Plenty of towels with a clean bathroom and shower. We were in room 3 and all around perfect experience.

I like the tranquility it offered and the "off the beaten path" location from the shopping. The room was beautiful and immaculate. I like that it is adult only. The only thing we did not like was the hot tub in the room was full of grit or sand and we were looking forward to relaxing in it The chlorine in it was strong enough our eyes burned in the room for awhile.
