Beds and pillows were soooooo hard and booking allowed us to book with 5 when they accommodated 4 and we had to go buy our own blow up mattress
Had a king suite and it was the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on

Great place to stay. We stayed here while we explored Brown County and took day trips over to Nashville,Indiana. The evening desk person went out of her way to find a quiet room for this very tired 80 year old who arrived at a full hotel at the same time as several teen baseball teams. Very friendly staff-especially the evening crew. Room was clean and A/C quiet and cool. Would recommend
Nice clean place and the staff is the best part. Had some very minor issues with our room and they went above and beyond to correct it. Would stay here again. Their customer service was also a direct reflection on the Fairfield brand as a whole and they should be proud.

Having stayed at many different Fairfield locations, I can honestly say that this one right here was OUTSTANDING!! By far one of the best and most relaxing experiences! Every employee I encountered was extremely friendly and welcoming! I typically take advantage of "late checkout" and this was the first time that I was actually able to sleep in. I've always heard the clatter of housekeeping right outside the door bright and early and they've always knocked on my door despite the "late checkout" being confirmed when checking in. Not here though! Want the best nights sleep at a hotel? Stay here! Check-in to checkout ~ perfection! THANK YOU!
Awesome staff. Flight arrived early and they were able to get me into my room without issue.
Check in was great, the staff was very accommodating when I was trying to get help with my diabetic son. Nothing serious but they went out of their way to get things I needed. I definitely plan to stay here again when I’m in Columbus.
Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and the hotel is conveniently located next I-65. I was upgraded to a larger room and course that was greatly appreciated as well.

On Trivago sits listed whirlpool/hot tub. Even had photo. So booked at a more expensive I ve price than other area hotels. When we arrived and asked about whirlpool was told they did not have one, staff at desk wasn't aware if there ever was one. Was told of heated pool which was very small. But wasn't what I specifically booked this room for. Was VERY DISAPPOINTED!
