Relaxing and very comfortable
Pros:

Everything. The whole place is an incredible restoration so well done with its history displayed. The location couldn’t have been better. The staff were so helpful.

Parfait
Pros:

Très bel établissement, accueil parfait avec même une dame qui parle français. Chambre grande et confortable. Piscine très agréable. Bon repas du soir et bon petit déjeuner. Parking privé très appréciable. Emplacement très bien, juste à côté de la rue pietonne pour faire les magasins

Fantástica equipa.
Fantástico pequeno almoço. Para um de nós pedimos antecipadamente pa sem lactose nem gluten. Foi preparado um dedicado tabuleiro com todos os alimentos possíveis para que a refeição fosse muito boa para todos. Raramente assim acontece.

Excelente localização
Pros:

- O edifício em si e toda a história do local, bem explicada ao longo dos corredores
- a localização é ótima o que nos deu acesso a bastantes opções de restauração e história e cultura da cidade

Cons:

- A piscina interior estava sempre fria, e fomos em horários bastante diferentes
- A confusão que foi inicialmente para encontrar o estacionamento do hotel. Podiam explicar antes da pessoa ter de ir ao check-in. Tivemos de dar 2 voltas e tiramos tudo do carro, apenas para voltar a levar tudo ao carro e voltar a dar nova volta, desta vez já com um mapa em papel (nem indicações de GPS nos deram)
- A comida no bar é super básica (em termos de preparação) a um preço bastante elevado para o que é
- As camas e almofadas são bastante desconfortáveis

全てにおいて大満足でした。
スタッフの方たち、施設、部屋、雰囲気、清潔感、ロケーション。ホントにここは4つ星なのか？5つ星じゃない？ってくらいすべてにおいて大満足でもうすでにまた行きたいです！
朝食付きで泊まりましたが種類もかなり多く、卵料理を作ってくれるシェフもいるので、毎朝の朝食がかなり楽しみでした。朝食付きが絶対おすすめ！
夜、ホテル内のレストランで数回食べましたが、味もサービスもすごく良かったです。これこそ個人的な感想になりますが、ポルトガルでの食事は塩分が強いしょっぱい料理が多い中、ここのレストランは適度な塩加減で、素材そのものの味と香りも楽しめてそれもすごく嬉しかったです。
