Cons:

Although I am a member of the Accor reward club, check-in was far from acceptable. I have to add that I've also checked-in all my details online, one day before arrival. That did not count, at all. I arrived one hour before their recommended check-in time, but the room was not available. I could have understood that, if it wasn't for the fact that, on a parallel counter, other people were checking-in and they got not one, but three, similar rooms, immediately, without any hassle. No check-in online, no Accor membership... So, it was possible for others, but not possible for us. I wonder why we should waste our time, to use the check-in online, if it's worth nothing, in terms of time or priority. Also, I consider this treatment as discriminatory and abusive, since people arriving at the same moment, got three rooms, while for us it was impossible to get one. Finally, we got our room, after 1.5 hours and they tried to offer us a free welcome drink, which we did not accept.
It's a pity that one employee, at the reception desk, ruins the work of an entire team.
