Pros:

Excelente el restaurante en último piso. Muy buena la accesibilidad desde el centro comercial. La piscina muy buena.

Cons:

En la habitación falló algún equipo de ventilación y el ruido que produjo desde las 3:30 a.m., hizo imposible descansar. La siguiente noche no hubo ruido

Nos encantó, 10/10.
Pros:

Es muy bonito el hotel en general, la atención es excelente, todos los trabajadores nos trataron muy bien, también el hotel mantiene impecable y huele delicioso. Y la habitación es grande y muy cómoda.

Cons:

Solo hubo algo que no nos gustó y es que todas las zonas del hotel mantienen muy frías, así apagáramos el aire de la habitación mantenía fría.

Ligging ideaal, via de 5e verdieping loop je zo het shopping center in. Grote mooie kamer met mooi uitzicht

Cons:

Geen handdoeken in de gym, warmte douche water gaat alle kanten op, van bloed heet naar koud.

Cons:

Breakfasts were disappointing. Fresh fruit was good. Eggs were unusually runny, bread goods all tasted stale and the toaster was terrible. Perhaps offer omelets (and if they are already available, why not make that clear?), larger pancakes, French toast?

It is not the first and not the last time I will stay at Novotel Medellin.
Pros:

The room was good. Breakfast was excellent. Perfect location.

Cons:

I had to go 2 times to the lobby to activate my card key to the room.
