LA PEOR ESTANCIA DE MI VIDA!!! PÉSIMO, PÉSIMO, PÉSIMO servicio al cliente, NO aceptan identificación digital así sea la única con la que se cuente, personal Demasiado grosero! Mi novia hizo su registro con identificación digital ya que es la única con la que cuenta,Y después de registrados y ya estando descansando empezaron a llamarnos insistentemente a la habitación en altas horas de la madrugada y como estábamos durmiendo fueron a la habitación a golpear la puerta en la madrugada aún cuando teníamos el letrero de NO molestar hasta que nos despertaron y tuvimos que abrir y nos dicen de una forma muy agresiva que por políticas del hotel el registro no era válida para ellos por no haber presentado identificación física y con amenazas de llamar a la policía si no salía nos sacaron de la habitación!! La PEOR experiencia de mi vida en un hotel! El peor trato que he recibido en un hotel, nos humillaron y nos trataron como delincuentes simplemente por no tener un documento en físico aún cuando les presentamos la identificación digital y foto del pasaporte y ya habíamos firmado el ingreso y estábamos descansando. No solo fué este hecho sino detalles como haber solicitado un cambio de sabana porque se me regó una botella de agua en la cama y haber recibido un NO como repuesta lo que hicieron de este el peor hospedaje que he tenido en mi vida!
