Hotel ALFA v Trutnově je místo, které doporučujeme pro pohodové návštěvy.
Pros:

Hotel ALFA v Trutnově jsme navštívili poprvé a jako první nás zaujalo velice přívětivé chování s personálem i samotným panem hoteliérem. I když jsme dojeli do hotelu před 14 hodinou, byli jsme uvedeni na pokoj. Prvním krokem do pokoje nás zaujala příjemná vůně, která si linula po celém apartmá. Co mělo fungovat, fungovalo...wi-fi, TV, světla, radiátory, teplá voda atd. Hotel je v místě, kde není z ulice hluk - takže klidné spaní. Vůz jsme zaparkovali bezpečně, přímo u hotelu za uzamčeným plotem. A na náměstí města to je skutečně jen chvilka chůze.
Samotné jednání pana hoteliéra bylo sympatické, ochotné a přátelské. Pokud budeme plánovat opětovnou návštěvu Trutnova, rozhodně už víme, že to bude hotel ALFA. Proto mu tímto děkujeme, za spokojenost a že je to místo, kde se chovají k hostům "lidsky"! Vladimíra a Rudy, Chomutov

Miejsce dla osób, które potrzebują ciszy. Hotel w centrum, wszędzie blisko. Smaczne, proste i wystarczające śniadania. Właściciel bardzo uprzejmy i pozytywnie nastawiony na pomoc, starał się zapewnić komfort każdej osobie. Pokoje przestronne, łóżka bardzo wygodne. Wszędzie czysto, dużym plusem była mini kuchnia łączona z salonem, gdzie można się wyciszyć i w spokoju wypić kawę/herbatę. A dla młodszych gry planszowe. Bardzo Polecam ten hotel dla osób szukających spokoju i miłej atmosfery wokół. Personel bardzo komunikatywny i wyrozumiały. Mimo bariery językowej z Panem Tomasem dało się dogadać bez większego problemu.
