Pros:

The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the airport. Other than that, I booked and paid for an Executive Double Room, 1 Bedroom, but they gave me a Standard Room instead. The room wasn’t so clean, the bed was as hard as a rock, and insects invaded the room during the evening, with no mosquito net provided. There was an electric kettle, but no cups, no water, and no tea or coffee—completely pointless. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Pros:

The airport pick up was late. We had to call the manager to as there was no car or driver at the airport, we had a midnight flight and had notified the hotel about our itinerary three days before our arrival.

At the hotel, they claimed we they did not have our booking! We had to fish out our phones, somehow get the internet, and show them the confirmation email. However, as a sign of remorse on their side, we were given an extra hour of stay as we had checked in late.
