Типичный "сервис по русски".
Pros:

Свинское отношение администрации к постояльцам.
Типичный "сервис по русски".
При проживании в апартаментах стучат в дверь, и администрация говорит - "Другие люди хотят жить именно в вашем номере, сьезжайте в соседний".
В номерах-студиях - 100% шум стройки с утра до вечера.(В однокомнатных шума нет).
В спальне очень холодно даже с отоплением, покрывала на двухспальной кровати не расчитаны на двоих.
Если соседи включат громко музыку или говорят то слышно в спальне и в зале, но это зависит от соседей.

Была год назад, понравилось намного больше. В этот раз при оплаченном номере с видом на парк поселили в номер на дорогу. В номере воняло куревом..

Pros:

We arrived late at night and not body was at the mentioned reception, and have to wait a lot. The internet didn't work at the room, and again have to wait for any solution!
