Lovely hotel in fabulous location
Pros:

Lovely hotel , kindly upgraded and room was massive with kitchen .Staff were friendly and very helpful . We booked valet parking which was essential. We had an early start so delicious breakfast delivered early for us

Cons:

Location was great , but signage not obvious. We missed it on our first drive past and ended up with 15minute drive around one way streets to return. Not a complaint but advice to be vigilant!

Pros:

Excellent location, great boutique hotel , great service, great rooms. Nice rooftop. Can get to the hotel by car and they can valet park for you

Pros:

Wir bekamen ein Upgrade in ein grösseres Zimmer. Das Zimmer war mehr eine Wohnung mit kleiner Küche und Balkon. Es war alles sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Empfangsangestellte war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hätten sogar um eine Nacht verlängert, wenn das Hotel nicht ausgebucht gewesen wäre.

Da fällt mir nichts ein.

Best staff in the whole of Sicily!
Pros:

The property was very central and was minutes away from shops and restaurants so still very quiet for sleeping. Rooms were really big and had everything you could need for your stay.
Unfortunately I had an accident the first night and broke my ankle. The receptionist Rossi could not have been any more helpful… she spent about 4 hours ringing clinics, making appointments with doctors, finding crutches for me etc.
when I got back to the hotel, there was a pillow at the bottom of my bed to raise my foot. When she went off duty, she handed over responsibility for me to Emily, who also went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
The kindness and thoughtfulness they showed cannot fully be explained in a review.
Suffice to say that I will return and will stay here… I feel like one of the family.

Cons:

The bar shut at 8pm but this wasn’t really an issue as generally out for dinner.
