Wellness Chiangmai Hotel

Very simple hotel near the airport. Clean and with pool.

The hotel is very clean and has been very accommodating. The manager along with front desk staff has been so amazing and helpful. I would definitely recommend booking this place.

I liked that there western fast food options within walking distance. The hotel provided complimentary water and instant noodles. The reason it didn't give a perfect rating was that wi-fi was not reliable. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great except the shower..

Reception was very helpful,changing my room due to faulty tv remote,
Bed was awsomly soft but sheets need to be bleached, kitchenette was great but no plates or cuturly,balcony was pleasant,nice room over all and morning reception drove me to airport🙏

The property was affordable for the location, staff was friendly, but spoke limited English. The room was very clean and spacious.

The staff never uttered a word, not one word, during check-in, not even when I asked where the elevator was--they just pointed. An hour later, one of them was napping in the lobby. It was about 4pm. This is what happens when you hire kids, don't train them, and don't supervise them.

My room was infested with ants. I couldn't use the desk without being bitten.

If you intend to use the kitchenette, bring supplies. Mine had 1 teaspoon, 1 fork, 1 side plate, and 2 coffee mugs. If there are 2 of you, one of you will have to eat with their hands and while standing up. There is a small table, but only one chair.

It's obvious that management either doesn't care or is incompetent. I won't stay there again. Hotels in that price bracket are a dime a dozen in Thailand.

Lots to like: Staff super friendly & helpful. Building fairly new. Room layout thoughtful - lots of natural light, balcony, large window in bath. Large well-lit mirrors, outlets in useful spots, lighting in closets, lots of storage space, air conditioning works well, bed is soft, good water pressure & hot water. Rooms facing mountains don’t hear much traffic. For short stays: 2 mugs, instant noodles & coffee. There is a hot plate. For longer stays, ask staff for bowls, plates, silverware & cooking utensils. Pool towels new & fluffy. Back gate to path to the shopping center avoids street traffic.You can buy anything else you want for the room there. I would happily stay here again.
Could be improved: sheets & towels. Maybe trying to save money because of Covid? Towels frayed & worn with logo of another hotel, bed linen threadbare in places, but clean. No table & chair on balcony; just 1 chair in room. Tiny trashcan next to toilet - no wastebasket in room. But overall, a pleasant place.

Big room and 5 minute on walk to Central Airport and 15 minute to Airport but so many noise from outside (cars, motorcycle)

I liked cleanliness, bathtub and shower, nice and clean pool, kitchen net and big fridge. No breakfast but they gave you 2 noodle soups. 2 minutes walk to Central plaza mall.

Very new and still in good order, staff all polite and willing to help. Busy main road so try and book a side/or back room.

Very helpful staff, room very clean and comfortable, with a nice patio to sit and enjoy the sunrise. In the morning the traffic in front was very busy and made crossing the street difficult, luckily the hotel is on the side of the street with everything you may want to walk to. I stayed there because I flew in late to Chiang Mai and needed to go to immigration in the morning and it was an easy walk there. The Central Airport Plaza is also very close and is a good place to catch public transportation or grab a taxi.
