Great location for exploring the highlights of the beautiful city of Prague

So so to not very good
Pros:

The "hotel" was centrally located. Great access to Old Town & other attractions. The bed was "ok".
The staff was good as well.

Cons:

1. We had to take stairs from the evevator to the room & when carrying luggage it was NOT very convenient. The stairs were hot & dark.
2. There were also stairs from the main front door to the elevator so again carrying luggage in a hot & stuffy hall way was horrible.
3. The shower in the bathroom was a nightmare. The shower head was NOT adjustable so water went outside the tub.
There was no way to wash your hair/body with one hand when holding the spray.
4. Upon arrival, we rang the buzzer with no response. We waited until someone showed up, however we were unaware of how long that might take.
5. There was no facial tissue provided
6. The shampoo/body wash wasn't very good
7. The walls were thin so we could hear rather loudly other tenants walking up & down.
8. We understand this was an older hotel but figuring the key for 3 different doors was really bad.
9. The pictures were not a true to the room. The windows were high so there was NO a view.

El personal es amable, el proceso de entrada y salida es muy fácil y la habitación es muy bonita! Siempre contestan los mensajes y lo hacen rápido! Solo habia un poco de telarañas bajo la cama y un pelo en una de las toallas.

Se les escaparon detalles minimos de limpieza como telarañas y un pelo en una toalla.

valeu pela localização e deu para descansar.
Pros:

Claramente a localização é o melhor. O predio é muito bom. Confortavel , e uma boa WC, cama tb era conforatvel.

Cons:

Quarto muito pequeno, e junto a cama tinha o tecto rebaixado e perigoso pois era facil bater com a cabeça e magoar-nos seriamente. Quarto muito apertado.

Perfekte Lage mit gutem Preisleistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Tolle Lage, direkt im jüdischen Viertel, also mitten im Zentrum von Prag. Wohnung großzügig und sauber. Freundlicher Service.

Cons:

Kein Fernsehempfang, da keine Antenne angeschlossen. Man kann Netflix nutzen, sofern man einen Account hat.
