High Heaven Residence

It’s all about location. You’ll be living in the middle of all you want to see and visit in Prague. Rooms are newly renovated, nice and clean. Staff are helpful and very polite. You won’t be disappointed. Worth every penny.

This was hands down the absolute best stay I had on my entire trip! The staff were great at communicating with me prior to my arrival as well as being very welcoming when I arrived. As a solo female traveler, the location was perfect for walking to the main square as well as restaurants and I felt completely safe the entire time I was there. I felt like a princess in this room - very spacious, modern appliances, beautiful floors, fixtures, and architect, plus a bath tub that was so big, I still dream about it. I would come back to Prague for many reason but mainly just so I could stay here again.

Extremely responsive and helpful staff when my flight plans changed unexpectedly. Accommodations were spacious and had European charm that made this feel like it was MY space while traveling, rather than staying in a hotel. Felt super comfortable and safe as a solo female traveler. Centrally located to a lot of tourist spots and plenty of restaurants to try, all within walking distance.

Very nice location as it was close to subway station, as well as sightseeing spots. The room is clean and well equipped.

Great stay, no complaints and no issues. Perfect location, 1/2 a block from the metro and walking distance to everywhere else. I highly recommend.

This was a beautifully kept room with a fabulous bathtub! The location was absolutely perfect for a short stay in Prague, and I would not hesitate to stay there again!

GREAT PART 1: We expected a hotel room, but they gave us a spacious apartment! Better than perfect. The kitchen was well-equipped, we loved the view, and there were two full baths.
GREAT PART 2: The location was in a beautiful neighborhood and was incredibly convenient.

BUT … One important reason we chose this hotel was because it was described as accessible. It was not. There was an elevator, but we also needed to go up and down a few stairs at the entry, and then almost a full flight to get from the elevator stop to our room. These unavoidable stairs presented a problem for us. For someone in a wheelchair or on crutches, the stairs would make access all but impossible.

It was perfectly positioned in the heart of old town and walkable to everything! We loved it and will be back!

Great location and very clean

This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in for quite some time. Check-in was easy, great location next to the main square and the Metro. Very quiet building, good air conditioning, Reasonable price.

The location was fantastic as it was just off the main "old town" square, within easy walking distance of the majority of city attractions. Very accomodating to our needs as our train leaving was not until 10pm, holding our luggage for the day. Highly recommend High Heaven Residence for your stay in Prague.

Easy check-in process. Location is IDEAL! Walk a few minutes and you are in the heart of the Old Town. Easy 6 minute walk in the opposite direction and you are at the Karlov IV Bridge and looking at Lesser Town.

Late night food is nearby.

Hotel com localização ESPETACULAR, muito próximo da praça do relógio (fui andando) e de estações de metrô e tram. Recebi e-mails do hotel com orientações sobre check in e como encontrar o hotel (já que o mesmo não pode ter nome na fachada pq se trata de prédio histórico) e foi facílimo de encontrar. Instalações muito confortáveis, com elevador, quarto amplo, confortável e silencioso. Check in fácil (só achei muito cara a taxa da cidade que foi cobrada em comparação aos outros lugares), inclusive tive problemas com atraso de voo e só consegui chegar na madrugada do dia seguinte e eles foram super tranquilos.
Não tem café da manhã, mas diversas opções ao redor. Voltaria e recomendo.

Other than a $25 hidden cleaning fee, this hotel was very nice, clean, perfectly located near tourist points of interest. I would highly recommend it, and if you like quiet at night, this was SUPER QUIET !

However, our room had a nice skylight but no view to speak of....

Very comfortable room with Netflix and Wifi. The location was excellent and reception arranged airport transfers for us - we were picked up from arrivals at the airport in a very comfortable car.
