スタッフの方々は皆んな親切だし、中山駅からも近く、買い物や食べるところに困りません。朝食はホテルから少し歩いた所のお店で使えるチケットをくれます。私はモスバーガーに毎回行きました。なぜか1日２名分のチケットをくれるのでお腹空いてる時はモスバーガーで2人分食べました。ドリンクはジュースだけですが、モスの店員さん、２枚分を合わせてコーヒーにしてくれました。
洗濯機も使えて便利でしたが、アテにしていた乾燥機が壊れていたので、近くのコインランドリーに乾燥機だけ有料でかけにいきました。

Couldn’t adjust the scoarching hot shower, asked for room to get cleaned two times. First nothing, second time I got new towels, nothing else was cleaned, not even bed was made.

The hotel's location is convenient and easily accessible.
While the surrounding area can be a bit noisy and vibrant, it's close to Nakayama Station and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

The accommodations are clean and well-maintained.

I personally found the price to be very reasonable compared to other hotels in the same class.

The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful, which made me feel comfortable and at ease during my stay.

The room assigned turned out that the toilet had problem after the 1st night. Then we got replace to a suite with 2 rooms 2 bathrooms until the end . Best deal ever. Location is very convenient

TVとA/Cの使用方法がよくわからなかった。TVは電源を入れるとすぐ消えてしまい、5回くらい繰り返さないとつかなかった。
それ以外は過不足なく良かった。

スタッフさんもフレンドリーです。
