Staff were very friendly and welcoming despite our daily vent the only ones there when we checked in. Upgraded our room and provided a delicious breakfast

Comfortable and quite stay.
Pros:

Location is near some of the tourist attractions. The place is safe and walkable. The location is safe and quiet. Supermarket is a 2 minute walk. Everthing in the hotel is likeable, the staff and the hotel itself.

Pros:

buona colazione al mattino, posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro a piedi, parcheggio .Camere un po' retrò e piccole però pulite . La piscina sicuramente è un vantaggio per chi soggiorna nel periodo estivo.

Tutto sommato la posizione non era male e in zona non c’è molto di più

Cons:

Ho dovuto protestare più volte per il cambio sfavorevole che mi volevano fare a tutti i costi, dopo aver concordato pagamento in euro prima dell’arrivo e aver pagato metà delle camere per due notti pur avendole utilizzate solo una notte per arrivo ritardato del volo (avvisato l’hotel dall’Italia e ottenuta nessuna comprensione al riguardo). Alla fine mi hanno restituito i soldi ma non è stato un bel comportamento. Quando sono arrivata la stanza era gelida e ci sono volute ore per ottenere una temperatura accettabile (avendo comunque pagato una notte in più almeno il riscaldamento!!!!)

Everything was good. Only that we booked a 4 Bed room and the extra bed was a little bit unstable and hard to sleep on. Other than that eveything was fine.
