Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
Pros:

Emplacement exceptionnel, avec vue plongeante sur la mer, au calme, à proximité du chemin de randonnée côtier.
Très bon restaurant.
A 10 min en taxi du centre ville.

Cons:

Le dénivelé entre l'hôtel et la mer ou entre l'hôtel et l'arrêt de bus est assez important et pourrait poser problème à une personne en mauvaise condition physique

Au départ nous étions dans une chambre près du restaurant à l'extérieur du bâtiment principal, heureusement ils m'ont prévenu et j'ai changé pour une chambre de 30 Livres plus chère
Attention quand vous réservez
Pour le chien 20 Livres par jour en supplément

We had a lovely stay we were luck with the weather and we met up with our Guernsey friends.
Pros:

The restaurants were excellent

Cons:

Disappointed that the Rock Garden was only open Friday and Saturday! Also the Ocean view restaurant was closed on a Tuesday without prior notice and the bar was also closed in the evening.

The design of the hotel, views from the room, location was great: in a quiet area but walkable (20-30 mins) to the city center

A pleasant stay, but probably overpriced for the experience.
Pros:

A lovely location, with a great view and easy access to the bay below. A good array of food options. Nice to have the pool on site.

Cons:

Staff seemed like they could do with some more training, service at meals was generally slow, on reception they didn't always seem completely confident in what they were doing. They also didn't seem to really want to maximise the guest experience - it was a heatwave, so they could have made much more use of the outside area by the pool - loungers, tables, parasols etc!

Cons:

Air conditioning, room was so hot we couldn't sleep. Obviously an issue as all rooms had their windows open!!

Heel fijn verblijf! Let wel op dat je kamer in het hoofdgebouw is.
Pros:

Het hoofdgebouw heeft een prachtige ligging in het groen met uitzicht op zee. Erg fraai.

Cons:

Wij zaten in het bijgebouw, met kamers aan de straatkant. Erg gehorig door verkeersgeluiden en door gasten van de pub aan de overkant.

Pros:

Gorgeous room in the treetops! Lovely to sit out with a glass of wine. Effective air con to escape the heat. Very good food. Lovely walk down to Fermain Bay to swim. Friendly staff.

Séjour de charme, cosy, dans un calme absolu
Pros:

L’hôtel est situé admirablement à 2-3 km de Saint-Pierre-Port, au-dessus de la charmante baie de Fermain, où il y a un petit restaurant de plage et où on peut se baigner.
Le personnel est aimable. Le restaurant est excellent, les petits déjeuners aussi.

Cons:

Il faisait beaucoup trop chaud dans la chambre, dont on ne pouvait pas ouvrir les fenêtres. Le ventilateur, même allumé en permanence, ne suffisait pas.
Quelques chaises-longues sur la belle terrasse auraient été appréciées.

The staff are very professional, polite and looked after us very well food is exceptional and of the highest quality. Room very comfortable. Gardens are stunning making it a very peaceful place to sit and absorb the ambianc
