Lovely Easter weekend in beautiful Fermain Bay.
Pros:

The staff all go out of their way to be helpful. A special thank you goes to the Queen of Madeira - Catia on reception. The breakfast deserves a special mention. We tried several of the dishes during our stay and all were delicious. My personal favourite - smoked mackerel with scrambled eggs. Plus, the hotel is in a blissfully quiet location.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind. The only niggle I can think of is the background music which plays from 7AM to 11PM every day in all public parts of the hotel. We were in one of the rooms above the Ocean Restaurant and you could just hear it in the background. We got used to it after a while but personally, I don't think the music adds anything to the ambience around the hotel.

An amazing place and the staff couldn’t do enough they should be very proud of the way they conduct themselves.
Pros:

Fermain Valley was really clean and the staff were excellent. The views were amazing and I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We will definitely be going again very soon.

Really lovely, highly recommended.
Pros:

Outstanding, the location is stunning, the building is lovely. The staff were accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional as is the view waking up to Fermain Valley is a real oasis. The only regret is not staying longer.
