An amazing place and the staff couldn’t do enough they should be very proud of the way they conduct themselves.
Pros:

Fermain Valley was really clean and the staff were excellent. The views were amazing and I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We will definitely be going again very soon.

Really lovely, highly recommended.
Pros:

Outstanding, the location is stunning, the building is lovely. The staff were accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional as is the view waking up to Fermain Valley is a real oasis. The only regret is not staying longer.

I’m not sure I would stay here again .
Pros:

Well situated . Helpful staff .

Cons:

Service at breakfast could have been better . Sometimes it was hard to find a member of staff .
Considering the hotel was virtually empty The room they gave me was right at the end of a long corridor with a very limited view and looking at a fire exit . Loud noises coming from the heating system woke me up .

Exceptional Guernsey retreat!
Pros:

The property is of extremely high standard and staff service is exceptional. The location is great for active and mobile people, being on a steep hillside, there are many levels and stairs to negotiate and if you enjoy the beach or cliff side walks then expect the same - I was very happy!

Cons:

I stayed just 2 nights and I found that not all facilities were open both days/nights. Slightly inconvenient.
