Room was clean and the shuttle service was great thing offered at the hotel. Drivers were the best!!
I am writing to share my disappointment with the customer service and room amenities during our stay. On our first day, we discovered the in-room safe had no power. Instead of sending someone to look at it, staff repeatedly told us to try troubleshooting it ourselves. When we insisted someone check it, they finally came up, realized it was broken, and had us switch rooms. Unfortunately, our issues continued in the new room, which was also missing towels. Housekeeping failed to provide towels in our room for 3 of our 4 days. When we called the front desk, we were told to come down and pick them up ourselves :( There were more problems but this was the most problematic. We expected a comfortable, relaxing stay and did not receive the basic hospitality we paid for. I hope you will review this with your staff. Sincerely, Annette Breaux

Place was dirty Many epople of suspect were hanging around the property.

The main TV channel cbs did not work. My rate was not properly applied when I checked in. It had to be adjusted.
The TV had bare minimum stations. Fees for parking.
We liked the free shuttle bus from and to the airport.
We liked the Quiet Atmosphere.
The Rooms were not Ready upon checking in at 3:00 pm and waited.
The Room Key Card did not work 2 times and had to go up and down to get new key card and get it corrected.
the breakfast was good and abundant. the shuttle to/from airport was efficient and timely
service was poor - hotel lacked a lot of usual items. Housekeeping did poor job.

The breakfast food was good, the area could have been a little cleaner ran out of forks.
The staff was very friendly, and helpful, the room was comfortable and the location was very convenient. It served our purpose by giving us a place to sleep near the airport.
The fridge in the room is very loud. I was looking forward to having coffee in the morning, but it was so weak I could barely taste it, so had to drive to Dutch bros down the road for coffee.
