Nothing because I was told that my room wasn't booked when I had proof.
Staff sucked. I got ready to check in and I was told that my rooms weren't booked even though I booked through booking.com and we had confirmations. We ended up having to get another hotel, which booking.com handled. Then I was charged a cancellation fee twice because I had 2 rooms reserved. I didn't cancel/no show, the front desk lady didn't know what she was doing so I had to send in proof with booking.com to get refunded. Never again.

Wished their shuttle service was 24 hr
This is convenient to the Metro Nashville airport and has an airport shuttle. Unfortunately, the shuttle does not operate past midnight. For those of us who got in on a late plane, this was a problem.
It was unfortunate that the airport shuttle did not work beyond midnight. Our plane arrived at 11:45, however, by the time we got our luggage, it was no longer operating.
It also appeared they had given our room away, even though I had notified them we would be late and actually called the hotel once we landed. I had asked for two beds, and we received one. We were too tired to worry about it, but it was not what we ordered. Also, we had no bar soap for the sink nor body soap for the shower. I don’t know what happened to this room when it was being cleaned, but the light over the door and closet did not work as well, and someone had taken the plug from the handset on the phone and plugged it in some strange place on the back. I had to figure out how to fix it before I could call downstairs for the soap.

I am writing to share my disappointment with the customer service and room amenities during our stay. On our first day, we discovered the in-room safe had no power. Instead of sending someone to look at it, staff repeatedly told us to try troubleshooting it ourselves. When we insisted someone check it, they finally came up, realized it was broken, and had us switch rooms. Unfortunately, our issues continued in the new room, which was also missing towels. Housekeeping failed to provide towels in our room for 3 of our 4 days. When we called the front desk, we were told to come down and pick them up ourselves :( There were more problems but this was the most problematic. We expected a comfortable, relaxing stay and did not receive the basic hospitality we paid for. I hope you will review this with your staff. Sincerely, Annette Breaux
