Seemed very clean.
Staff wasn’t overly welcoming or helpful. I accidentally went to the wrong location first, and the staff there was extremely nice, even though I was at the wrong hotel. The breakfast was very lacking.
The room and breakfast was exactly what we have come to expect during a stay at one of hotels. The night staff on this occasion went above and beyond to help get us settled after a difficult, and very late flight into Nashville.
The PARKING, what a $#^* mess. Every slot was taken, people had to park on the grass, in the roadway turns, We had to squeeze our SUV between the courtesy van parked in front of the hotel and up on the sidewalk. Not only did we have to worry about the rental car being damaged, but if emergency vehicles such as fire or ambulance were needed, forget it. There would have been way for a fire truck could get into the property, making the property dangerous.
Clean room, staff were extremely helpful. The ice machine was easy to find. The breakfast was extremely good.
Parking!! We paid $10.00 to park and when we returned for the night about 9:00 pm, we could not find a parking spot. We rode around several times and finally had to park in the back against the curb. There were no cups in the room.

Location
Close to everything we wanted to do. The Nashville zoo, Grand Ole Opry, good restaurants. My wife enjoyed sitting outside and watching the planes take off and land.
Road was little rough getting to the hotel due to construction at the airport.
The walk in shower was amazing 😻
The bed was a little harder than I would’ve liked.
Nothing because I was told that my room wasn't booked when I had proof.
Staff sucked. I got ready to check in and I was told that my rooms weren't booked even though I booked through booking.com and we had confirmations. We ended up having to get another hotel, which booking.com handled. Then I was charged a cancellation fee twice because I had 2 rooms reserved. I didn't cancel/no show, the front desk lady didn't know what she was doing so I had to send in proof with booking.com to get refunded. Never again.
