Second time I have stayed here. The staff is so accommodating! The sushi restaurant is deliiviois!

Very good hotel, perfect location.
Pros:

JW is my favorite hotel brand. This one is pretty comparable to others we have visit. Check in was quick. We are platinum elite. Upgrade was mild but appreciated. Upgrades almost always better outside the US. Club lounge was fair. The did serve breakfast and had daily snacks. Restaurants were spectacular, especially Bourbon steak. One of the better meals I have ever had. Stomping grounds was great for breakfast. Overall really happy with our experience and would stay here again if visiting Nashville.

I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!
Pros:

I can't say enough positive things about our experience! Every single interaction was perfection! The valet system is great! The cleaning staff was fantastic! The restaurant staff were so friendly and kind! Gelato daily was a huge kid benefit for my daughters. We also brought our dog and they gave her a blanket, a ball, and food bowls! Everything was above and beyond our expectation! The rooms were very spacious and the bathroom was beautiful! It is also within walking distance of all the bars and the Ryman. I can't say enough great things! I highly recommend this hotel! I'll be back!

Amazing front desk service
Pros:

My group had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott Nashville.

Despite being a small group, we had some complicated last-minute requests and the front desk team handled them beautifully. The other members of our group repeatedly told me how seamless their stay had been, and I really appreciate all the work that went into that. While the whole team was great, I especially wanted to appreciate the work of Jay at the front desk, who went out of his way to make our VIPs feel that all their needs were perfectly met. In some later follow ups, Cing provided really valuable help to me personally.

The room was really comfortable and clean and it felt like a luxurious experience and I enjoyed the breadth of the amenities. The views from Bourbon Steak are amazing! My only complaint was that the lovely pool did get filled with debris by the end of the day, when I was able to use it, and it didn't feel as clean as I would have liked, but I still enjoyed my swims.

Great team...but massage fell short.
Pros:

The staff was extremely professionally, friendly and welcoming. Overall, everyone on the team was great -- from making the reservation till the end. The spa area itself was also great -- met all the needs of a relaxing experience. The only part that I was dissapointed with and would stop me from going again was the massage itself -- i ordered the 'tension massage' and also emphasized when booking and when speaking w/ the Masseuse to [1] wanted a deep, deep tissue... and [2] to focus extremely on lower body, butt and back. However, it seemed that was lost and the 'routine' tension massage was given, which spent equal time on upper and lower... And unfortunately, it was a very light massage. There was a moment of stretching on the legs, which was good... but over all the massage itself was dissapointing. Again, the team was fantastic, so feel bad that the massage did not live up to standard... but hopefully this feedback can help improve on that.

Amazing staff
Pros:

I stayed in JW Marriot Nashville for 4 nights and it was an amazing experience. Shana at the front desk helped me checked in and out, and she carefully explained everything included in the destination package and ensure that I don’t miss any of the perks! Also Emily in the stomping grounds can make the best Matcha latte and Lavender Latte! I visited the store every day! Thank you and all the staff i encountered so much for your service and support. It really made my business trip warm and wonderful!
