Buena ubicación, servicios de hotel de 4 estrellas.

La ubicación y la habitación

Cons:

El día 18 de marzo al hacer el check- in hicieron cargo en la tarjeta de crédito de 100€ en concepto de depósito. Nos lo han devuelto el día 18 de abril, un mes después. No es razonable, la habitación la dejamos a las 10:00 de la mañana del día 19 de marzo, ese mismo día pudieron verificar que la habitación estaba correcta.
Así mismo, el día 22 de marzo hicieron un cargo en la tarjeta de 4€, sin que consumiéramos nada en la habitación.

Nel complesso un buon hote in zona l centrale
Pros:

Sicuramente la colazione varia sia dolce che salata,la posizione ottima.

Cons:

La camera con poche luci e buia,la pulizia un po scarsa più di una volta non hanno rifornito le capsule per il caffè.

Localização excelente, funcionários muito prestáveis, bom pequeno almoço.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto podia ser melhor, era feita de forma muito rápida e o chão nem sempre ficava bem limpo. No pequeno almoço, muito bom, havia alimentos que não estavam identificados em Inglês apenas em Checo.

Pros:

The location was excellent and cleaning were good.

Cons:

Was a little bit chili in the lobby and breakfast area. Also in the bathroom was clean but still under the sink furniture which was on high legs, were left some hair balls from the previous guests and the weighing did not work.
