Zusana met us at the front desk for check in and walked us through the hotel and to our room. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants and sites to see. The hotel was so conveniently located and the breakfast was great.
We booked one of the 3 rooms with a balcony, stupidly not realizing that the reason you want a balcony room is so you can smoke. Our neighbors on each side sat out there most of the day smoking, so we could use the balcony or keep the windows open to cool the room. The HVAC was fixed on heat, so you could not cool or ventilate the room without opening the windows. Not an option at night given the noise and smoke from the square. So it got rather warm in the room unfortunately.

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
A special thanks to Ahmed for his kindness and for helping us with our luggage. He was very friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated his assistance.
Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel!
كانت إقامتنا في الفندق جميلة ومريحة جدًا. الفندق نظيف ومرتب، والأجواء فيه هادئة، والموظفون ودودون ومتعاونون.
شكر خاص لأحمد على لطفه ومساعدته لنا في حمل الحقائب. كان بشوشًا ومتعاونًا، ونقدر له حسن تعامله.

Ruime keuze bij het ontbijt. Hotel ligt midden in het centrum maar totaal geen last van lawaai. Personeel is heel behulpzaam.

קודם כל והכי חשוב כשהגענו למלון פגשנו את אחמד (מקווה שאני לא טועה בשם) שדיבר אתנו עברית והיה מאוד שרותי!!!
צוות המלון תמיד מחייך ונעים!
כל בקשה שהייתה לנו מהשירות נענתה מיד...
בכניסה למלון תמיד היה ריח נעים שכייף להיכנס ותמיד היה נקי!
והכי מפתיע היה שבכל חדר חיכתה לנו מטריה (שזה לא מובן מאליו) כי פתאום התחיל לרדת גשם !
ממליצה בחום על המלון מלבד זאת שהוא היה מרכזי מאוד!!!!
אין משהו שלא אהבנו, ללא ספק נחזור בשנית!

יש לציין את אחמד מנהל הקבלה (דובר עברית) שדואג לכל צרכי האורח
ויש את vita הנותנת מענה איכותי ומהיר לכל דבר.
ארוחת הבוקר טובה ומגוונת, החדרים נקיים.

The location is great, very central and easy to get around the touristy parts of the city.
The roadworks nearby made it difficult to get taxis/bolts, these have been going on for years apparently. Probably good to know for people with disabilities that you cannot get cars to the hotel itself.
The room was fantastic, comfortable bed and very modern.
The breakfast was great and had a huge selection.
The staff were also very accommodating. We arrived in Prague at 1am so the 24 hour reception was a godsend.
