ottima posizione, staff gentile, pulizia, letto super comodo
camera un po piccola e scomoda, colazione dolce poco varia, problemi con il miscelatore dell’acqua della doccia, camera non pronta al nostro arrivo, acqua nel minibar solo all’arrivo e poi non più rinnovata (strano per un 5 stelle), tende non oscuranti entrava molta luce al mattino (strano per un 5 stelle), abbiamo dovuto richiedere le ciabattine all’arrivo le avevano dimenticate, ogni mezz’ora sentivamo suonare la campane della chiesa adiacente H 24

We had a wonderful stay at Pytloun Boutique Hotel Prague and were very satisfied with our experience! The hotel offers a very high standard, an excellent location in the heart of Prague, a stylish interior, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
We would especially like to thank the reception staff, particularly the lovely Ukrainian ladies 🇺🇦. They welcomed us warmly, checked us in very quickly, helped us with parking our car, and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable from the very beginning. A particularly lovely touch was when they opened a bottle of delicious Prosecco for us 🥂 — such thoughtful attention to detail really made our stay even more special!
The breakfast was also excellent — a great selection of fresh, tasty, and varied food. Overall, we had only positive impressions of the hotel and the service.
A big thank you to the entire Pytloun Boutique Hotel Prague team for your warm hospitality and excellent service! We will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends and family, and we would be very happy to come back again.

* בעת שהותנו במלון, היה גל חום בפראג. אין מזגן בלובי שמשמש גם למזנון ארוחת הבוקר.
* הוילונות לא מחשיכים את החדר וזה גרם לנו להתעורר מוקדם בבוקר והקשה על מנוחה במהלך היום. החליפו לנו חדר לצד אחר במלון אבל זה לא ממש עזר…
