An absolutely outstanding stay at Pytloun Boutique Hotel Prague, and without doubt one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. If you value a hotel that communicates flawlessly and runs like clockwork, this is as good as it gets. Everything was effortlessly efficient from arrival to checkout, every query was answered instantly and with genuine care, and every request was anticipated before we even had to ask.
The entire team is exceptional, but the relations manager, Zuzana, is in a class of her own. Her professionalism is simply second to none. She is warm, gracious, and remarkably precise, and it is clear she sets the tone for the whole hotel and keeps every member of staff performing at the very highest level. The attention to detail is faultless and nothing is ever too much trouble.
We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. A beautiful, polished, perfectly run boutique gem. Thank you, Zuzana and the entire team, for a truly memorable stay.
Zentrale Lage, cooles Design
The only major advantage was its location, as it is right next to a metro station and provides easy access to the city.
I was disappointed with this hotel. Although it is advertised as a 5-star property, it did not feel like one. The room quality, furnishings, and overall comfort were below my expectations. The breakfast was also average, both in terms of variety and the quality of the products offered. Overall, the hotel lacked the level of luxury and attention to detail I would expect from a 5-star hotel. I would recommend not going with very high expectations.
מיקום מעולה, נקי, חדר מרווח ונעים. קבלת פנים חמה ולבבית, ארוחת בוקר עשירה, מלון שנותן תחושת ביטחון וחשוב לו מהאורחים. קרוב לכל האטרקציות ברגל. נהננו מאוד ונחזור שוב !
Location great, comfortable bed, nice breakfast area
Very thin walls between rooms. Air conditionind did not work when outside temp was 28-30deg. However got discount of 50 eur after having some argument with the staff.

Hotel confortevole ed in ottima posizione, bagno particolare con tazza tecnologica e letto grande e comodo, il bagno un po' buio.
Mi hanno addebitato ingiustamente un ombrello perché nonostante gli ho detto che era nella seconda camera da me prenotata (in uso a parenti) hanno addebitato comunque il costo. Inoltre ho prenotato una camera superior con vasca idromassaggio, la camera era una standard, aveva comunque la vasca in camera ma non era idromassaggio

The room we initially received was a bit small for us, and when we asked to move to a larger room, the staff—especially Veronica—were very helpful and assisted us with the transfer.
The hotel's location is excellent.

מיקום וצוות נהדר החדר היה מרווח מאוד ונקי הכל במרחק הליכה בלב העניינים ולמרות זאת בחדר שקט מופתי
מלון בוטיק חמוד, מיקום פריים לוקיישן ליד ככר וואצלב, קרוב לכל המקומות המרכזיים בעיר ורחובות הקניות מרחק דק' הליכה ספורות מהעיר העתיקה. אחמד מצוות המלון מאוד שירותי ועוזר, עם הכוונות והמלצות למסעדות ומקומות וכן בקשות שונות של האורחים.. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת לרבות מיץ טבעי סחוט אמיתי של גזר ותפוזים. קפה חופשי לאורך כל שעות היום בחדר האוכל וכן טאפאסים קטנים כל יום בין 14.00 ל 18.00.
