Not as good as we expected.
Pros:

Excellent location. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Problems with maintenance and housekeeping requiring 1 room change and 2 other visits to the front desk.

Worth the money, loved the staff, 5 stars, awesome breakfast, love love love. 💖
Pros:

Not only the property itself but the employees were super helpful as well. The Two highlights were Alex from the Service department and the most helpful as well as cheerful lady at the reception Rauan. They are worth every recognition and appreciation. They made our entire stay worth it and would come back just for them.

Cons:

The juice machine at the breakfast. That either needs to be replaced or needs some instruction. The guests fail to understand the MINIMUM amount of fruits you need to put it for it to function properly, the ladies at that section have to fix it more than a dozen times, feel sorry for them.

בסה"כ נחמד מאוד וזאת הודות לאחמד!!!
Pros:

אחמד, עובד המלון, דובר עברית, עזר לנו לאורך כל תקופת השהייה והפך את השהייה לנעימה ביותר.
הרגשנו שיש שם מישהו שעוזר לנו בכל פרט שרק אפשר ובזכותו השהייה במלון הייתה נעימה יותר.
בכל פעם שנתקלנו בו שאל אם הכל בסדר, כן יירבו עובדים כמו אחמד!!!
הציון הגבוה הוא בעיקר בגלל אחמד.
ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד, מגוונת, טעימה וממש ממש בסדר עם צוות נחמד ומסביר פנים.
שהינו בחדר משפחה, לזוג החדר בהחלט מספק ומרווח, מרפסת לרחוב ואצלב שזה נחמד מאוד עם בידוד מצויין, דבר שעזר לא לשמוע את המולת הרחוב בתוך החדר, מיטה נוחה מאוד!!!!!

Cons:

לא היה ארון בחדר, כאשר שוהים במלון מספר לילות (במקרה שלנו 7 לילות) לא הכי נעים לחיות על המזוודות כל השבוע, ממש ממש לא נוח!!!
המקלחת הייתה ללא מקלחון רק עם אמבטיה, שהייתה גבוהה במיוחד וממש דיי מסוכן להכנס לתוכה, נאלצנו להחזיק במשטח הרחצה ליד כדי חלילה לא ליפול (וזאת אמרו לי שני הזוגות הנוספים שהיו בחדרים דומים) כמו כן התאורה במקלחת הייתה דיי חשוכה...
אין מיזוג אוויר באזור הקבלה וחדר האוכל ובמזג אוויר של 33 מעלות מאוד לא נעים להתחיל את היום ככה...

Perfekte Lage und sehr gutes Hotel
Pros:

Frühstück war Reichhaltig und sehr gut. Unser Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Ein Mangel im Zimmer wurde sehr schnell behoben. Vom Restaurant im 7. Stock hat man einen Wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Prager Burg. Das Essen im Dach Restaurant war sehr gut. Mit dem Fahrzeug kann man nicht direkt vors Hotel fahren. Es gibt aber eine Parkmöglichkeit vom Hotel in der Nähe. Von da sind es gemütliche 5 Minuten zum Hotel.
