Pros:

The air conditioning is very noise, and water coming out from air conditioning over night, can't sleep.

Great hotel / average location
Pros:

Great hotel but average location .... grab cost you 60 to 120 to get to old chang mai!

Pros:

Great hotel with very nice host !!! Location is average but you can get a grab to Los Chiang mai for approx. 100 baht

Not as close to the airport as imagined
Pros:

We chose this hotel because we understood that it was near Chiang Mai airport. Unfortunately it's actually around the back of the airport so was not as close as we thought. Took 20 minutes by taxi in the morning traffic. Hotel room and staff were both great and breakfast was fine, although orientated more towards the (Chinese?) tour groups who stay at the hotel than to western tastes (no butter!!!). Great to have a mini fridge in the room.
