Cute, short stay
Pros:

Close to hiking trails, hot water available (at certain times but with very good water pressure) , great views, peaceful environment

Cons:

Smelly entryway (due to the bento boxes), could use some refurbishment. Also note that all restaurants in the village, even the one at the hotel, close at 6pm or 7pm, so there is not much to do

Pros:

The location was superb, within 2minutes of the train station and also along the old street. It's is also the place for the famous bento box. Room was tatami style and had a wooden bathtub which was unique. There is no heating but the dehumidifier acts as a mini warm air blower.

Cons:

The shower head too low, had to sit in the wooden tub to shower.

The lobby gets very crowded in between the train rides. It was a restful stay during the night.
Pros:

- The reception staff was able to converse in multiple languages and enthusiastic in sharing check-in details.
- The hot water was reliable, the hair dryer was strong.
- Toilet was clean.
- Extra blankets were available.

Cons:

- The dehumidifier was full in just two days.
- The cupboard had a musky smell.
- Bring your own soaps as only one soap is provided for both hair and body.

Pros:

雖然飯店年代久遠，但感覺得出來員工們很努力維持。廁所有更新過，房間內有除濕機，棉被有兩件可以蓋，早餐也很方便~

Cons:

床墊若能再大一點會更好，兩個大人睡稍嫌擁擠，可惜房間的空間了

Great hotel in Fenqihu
Pros:

Very clean, staff are very nice, and the room is very spacious. The location's really good too. Would love to come back to this hotel if we're ever back in Fenqihu!

Great location but room needs to be refurbished and refreshed
Pros:

The location is great and the bento boxes are nice. The hotel gives you a voucher for the 7eleven for breakfast, complimentary Alishan tea in the room (for a tea ceremony) and when in season, a free firefly tour at night. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

The room looked like it used to be beautiful but sadly is now outdated, with many things damaged and the bathroom looks old and moldy.

因家中長輩身體不適，很感謝飯店讓我四人房在入住前一天臨時換成雙人房！
櫃檯人員都很客氣，已辦理退房還詢問是否要寄放行李，真的很貼心👍
