perfect Staff, Location and underground parking
Pros:

this was my 5th pr 6th stay in this hotel. Location is 9/10, price is 9/10, staff/reception are 100/10 :) parking is 10/10. when i go to Graz, i always stay in this hotel. rooms are clean, underground parking, reception staff is very kind and helpful ( everybody), nothing negative for now :)

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel für Business-Kunden und Wochenendtrips unbedingt zu empfehlen
Pros:

-Freundlichkeit des Personals
-Unkomplizierter Check-In/Check-Out
-Größe und Ausstattung des Zimmers, u.a. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher
-Großes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche
-Ruhige Lage
-Nähe zur Innenstadt
-Umfangreiches Frühstück

Cons:

-Fußboden im Zimmer mit starken Gebrauchsspuren
-Fernseher dürfte etwas größer sein
-Es hat sich nur ein Fenster öffnen lassen (vermutlich Sicherheitsvorkehrung)

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war gut und vielfältig. Die Lage ist wirklich gut und gleichzeitig sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und das Bad ist wirklich schön.

Cons:

Das WLAN ist wirklich schlecht, teilweise funktioniert es nicht und auch der Handyempfang ist mies. Im Internet surfen ist schon schwer aber streamen geht fast gar nicht.
Die Matratzen sind ziemlich hart, was für meinen Rücken nicht sonderlich angenehm war.

Odličan hotel za kratka putovanja
Pros:

Hotel je smješten blizu centra grada, do glavnog trga je 10 minuta hoda. Nalazi se u mirnom dijelu, bez buke. Preporučujem ga.
