La grandezza della camera, la poltrona e la sedia scrivania. Il comfort del letto e la grandezza della doccia. La possibilità di prendere un te o un caffè in camera. Posizione perfetta. rispetto al verde e al centro città

Cons:

il fatto che la camera fosse fronte strada e quindi avessi la sensazione di non avere privacy, La doccia aveva un getto troppo dolce e quindi non permetteva docce veloci (su questo dovrei forse ringraziarvi, per l'occasione di lentezza regalata).

Nice Hotel in a Great Location
Pros:

Stayed at the NH Graz for four nights with my spouse. We stayed in a larger junior suite that had a wall to wall window with a wonderful view of the park. The room was clean and comfortable with bath robes, coffee, a mini-fridge - everything you would expect for this class of hotel.

We got the breakfast plan which was very convenient for us. They had a well stocked buffet style breakfast and barista coffee machines that served a great cappuccino. The week we were there, it was a bit of a hit and miss to catch the omelette counter while it was open.

It was a quiet hotel in the old section at the end of a square at the base of the Schlossberg mountain. Beside the hotel was a convenient parking garage with a discounted weekly rate for our rental.

leider waren wir diesmal wirklich sehr enttäuscht

wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal im NH Graz City, vor 1,5 Jahren waren wir begeistert, Zimmer schön, Service gut, es gab nichts zu klagen.
Das Zimmer, das wir diesmal hatten, wirkt, als wäre es mal ein Abstellraum gewesen, eng, verwinkelt, ...
die Betten waren viel zu schmal und es waren 2 Einzelbetten, die wir zusammenschieben mussten (allerdings waren sie mit Rollen)
Das Personal beim Frühstück war (obwohl sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit) total unterbesetzt, ständig hat etwas gefehlt und musste aktiv gefordert werden, auch war nur 1 Kaffeemaschine in Betrieb (obwohl Hotel voll)
bereits beim Einchecken, ich sagte "Guten Tag, ich habe 2 Zimmer reserviert" und als Antwort bekam ich "Wenn Sie mir den Namen sagen, tu ich mir leichter"
Die Reinigung des Zimmers (muss aktiv eingefordert werden, sonst nur alle 4 Nächte) fand erst IRGENDWANN statt, der Herr hat weder Deutsch noch Englisch verstanden, als ich um eine frische Tasse und ein Glas gebeten habe (da benutzt), sagte man mir, das werde im Badezimmer ausgewaschen, neues Geschirr gäbe es nicht ...
