Interessante Erfahrung mit historischen Bauten und mit sehr vielen Facetten der Kunst.
Pros:

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, gute und breite Unterstützung an der Reception.
Lage war ideal jeden Abend auf den Schlossberg zu Wandern und dann gut zu schlafen.
Interessant waren Angebot während der grossen Hitze - inklusive Gang durch einen kühlen Weg durch den Felsen zu unserem Hotel hinauf. Gute Möglichkeiten mit Tram zum Schloss Eggenberg und Bus Bauten im Zisterzienserstift Rein zu erleben-und auch dort sehr gut zu Essen.

Cons:

Tram-Störung aber mit längerem Fussweg entlang der stehenden Trams zurück zur Altstadt - und dann ein gutes Essen mit Wein. Und am Abend auf den Schlossberg.

Freundliches Personal, dass gerne weiterhilft
Gute Zimmerausstattung, positiv hervorzuheben ist: 1. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher im Zimmer 2. Licht in den Kästen

Cons:

Frühstück hervorragend, Riesenauswahl, aber: Der Frühstücksraum wird unnötig stark heruntergekühlt, hier ist Pullover/Weste notwendig

A reggeli megfelelő volt,a szálloda elhelyezkedése tökéletes. Minden látnivaló gyalogosan is megközelíthető.Plussz pozitívum hogy helyben volt a parkoló.

Die Lage ist sehr schön, kurze Wege zum Altstadtkern.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war bestenfalls Mittelmass, keine Ahnung, wie dafür eine Bewertung "hervorragend" zustande kommen konnte; nach dem ersten Mal haben wir auswärts gefühstückt. Leider war die Anlieferung vor unserem Zimmerfenster, so dass es schon recht früh sehr laut wurde.

Almost perfect
Pros:

Great hotel, lovely staff, easy check in and a good gym with a Rack which is rare.

Cons:

Only thing we didn’t like is the hotel feels very grand but then there was a €25 deposit to use an umbrella and one day when they missed our room cleaning we requested it and they said it was too late in the day. Now we appreciate these are realities but it feels like if they went the extra mile on these just a bit they’d have a perfect hotel.

Pros:

Uno dei migliori ed eleganti hotel in cui abbia soggiornato. L'attenzione ai particolari è sorprendente. Arredamento scelto e pensato con cura per dare il massimo comfort all'ospite. Un piacere entrare in camera. Letto comodo, ampie dimensioni e lenzuola satinate. Il bagno conforme al resto della stanza.

Cons:

La zona è centralissima per cui è necessario lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio il cui costo è di nota ma pur sempre scontato per gli ospiti dell' hotel.. 30€ anziché 42€ al giorno.
