Die Lage: sehr stadtnah und doch ruhig!

Great location, within walking distance of the city centre. The rooms were spacious and clean
The internet connection was a major issue. Neither the Wi-Fi nor the mobile signal worked reliably in the room, making even basic video calls difficult. Reception confirmed that this was a known problem.
I was also disappointed by the lack of control over the room temperature. The air conditioning made the room excessively cold, and you can’t adjust it.
Although the breakfast was varied, several items were not restocked during service. Combined with a staff attitude that often felt indifferent rather than helpful, this affected the overall experience.
The location, close to the city centre allowed nice walks to the major sights.
The breakfast buffet was well organised and offered a braoad range of different approaches. The only thing missing: the bacon ;-)
The room was nice and well equipped, the view from the room was ok.
The long walk from the reception to the room, coming home from a on food stroll through the city.
The parking facilities didn't offer a lift up to the hotel, but a standard elevator exit in a distant (with bad weather not ideal)
Room is so practical and comfortable as ever with NH Hotels. Everything is handy, functional and intuitive to use. Hotel location is absolutely perfect, within walking distance of all major points of interest. Staff very friendly yet professional, giving all necessary info and support. Breakfast rich and fresh. We will choose again NH Hotels whenever available. Thank you!
