It is ok & staff are friendly

Good stay. Just next to the airport and they give a free pickup and drop to Queen aliaa airport. All the employees are super helpful. they have a basement parking for free. The apartment is very big with sitting area, a big kitchen and a big bedroom.

only problem we faced was with the toilet flush which was not working

We arrived late at night. The entrance is through the garage. This was confusing, and we were concerned. However, we called the number and were then met in the garage by the very friendly and helpful staff. They took us to our very clean apartment, basic apartment. We were picked up promptly at 5:45 am and taken to the airport for out flight. Airport shuttle service is included. The location is excellent for getting to Queen Alia Airport.

It was very clean and conveniently close to the airport.

We had a sparkling clean, roomy apartment. It was a no-frills place and was exactly what we wanted. The evening before, we ordered breakfast, which was plentiful and brought to us promptly as scheduled. Our ride to the airport was in a private car with a friendly driver.

This apartment was not nearly as good as the reviews would have us believe.

The good:
- Very convenient for leaving to the airport.
- Parking on site, although it was very tight getting a large car into the parking garage.

The meh:
- The kitchen window didn't seal entirely, so there was cold air blowing in constantly.
- The sheets and bedding was too small for the beds.
- There is a basic kitchen including a small fridge and microwave, but no plates, cups, or silverware.
- The remotes for the tv only partially worked (the up button did, but not the down, etc).
- The water pressure in the bathrooms was very low.

The bad:
- The toilets were not cleaned prior to our arrival which was incredibly gross.
- One of the bathrooms had a bad leak (luckily it was clean water) which left the floor soaking wet even with towels to slow the spread, making the bathroom basically unusable.

My husband and I are very happy about the the accommodation and hospitality of Rabah who is the owner of Faraseen Apartment. We only stayed overnight and our stay was very comfortable as the place is big. They even provided 1 package of water. Shuttle is also free. I highly recommend! Thank you Faraseen Apartment! Great location and very friendly manager Baba. Bed was comfy and location made it easy to get around Amman.

Clean, minor glitch with some charges but we both caught the problem and fixed it easily. DID NOT give us a door key so piled the living room furniture in front of the door for the night...
They offered to order food for us but it was inedible, lamb kebobs (3 which they told me would feed six) but they had all kinds of chunks of gristle in them making them inedible. THe chicken was the same way, seemed they pounded it a few times, broke the bones and then left the bones inside without removing them, didn't think they were safe to eat. Arrived cold. Kids pretty hungry but nothing close by to go for food. Otherwise was okay. Driver pleasant and on time.

It was better thsn sitting at the airport for 14 hours

Perfect for a stay near the airport. We arrived late and the manager stayed up to check us in. Very clean and provided a cot for my toddler at no extra cost.

Basic accomodation, near airport, spacious, and very friendly staff. For a one night stop near airport, it is a great choice specially that they offer complimentary airport shuttle. Driver of shuttle was beyond amazing and polite. Cheerful helpful people, accomodation was clean and comfortable, needs some taste but it’s no big deal really

Hotel had a pickup and drop off free of charge...awesome! Especially considering I didn’t get in until 130am due to a delayed flight. The host was amazing!! Friendly and hospitable, had water ready for me in the room, and it was clean and comfortable. It’s a basic hotel room, but extremely large and the the bed was super comfy!! I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend. Close to airport and very reasonably priced.

Nothing fancy, but a clean place to bed down for a night between flights at a fraction of the price of the Airport Hotel. Rabah and his colleagues went out of their way to help, offering free transfers to and from the airport and to the nearest convenience store. There was bottled water, instant coffee, tea bags, sugar and a kettle in the room. Shampoo, soap and towels. Highly recommend if you need to stay near the airport.

For a overnight stay in Amman is worth the value. The building is quite new & still finishing some parts of the rooms. You have to bring your food/snacks coz there’s no convenient store nearby. But overall, we are pleased in this place. Thanks Rabah😊

Nice and convenient apartment close to the airport. Lovely staff and right on time for taking us to the airport at 4:30am. Great costumer service. Highly recommend.

Stayed here before my flight out of Amman. I had a driver for the week so we used google maps to find the property and it was easy to find with google maps directions. It’s next to the Baby Cord Jordan store. You’ll see a sign when you turn down that street. When I got there I was a little confused though. But there is a little apartment through the garage and the guy there will help you. Or take the elevator up to the 4th floor for the main office. Directions did mention to contact the property 24hours before arrival for more details but I didn’t have good connection and didn’t realize I had to do that. But i didn’t have any issues checking in.

I stayed to rest before a 03am flight. The owner was nice and helpful. He drove me to the airport at 12:30am.

Room was comfortable and clean. Very basic but exactly what I needed.

I liked that it was near the airport for our early morning flight. I didnt like that another couple had access to our common areas

The place is decent for a one nite stopover like I did. It's an apartment with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths...one attached & the other outside. Clean & nice with 2 fridges & coffee & tea facilities. Owner speaks english...breakfast is expensive!! No cooking can be done as there's no provision kept by the owner.
