Breakfast was good

Cons:

Hotel is understaffed. only receptionist was available at around 10:30pm checkin, no room service staff to carry luggage and show us room. Water dripped from room 301 AC at night and made bed wet. We were told staff was not avaliable as they were sleeping. Only receptionist managed to change our room and shift luggage. TV remote was not working due to no battery. 302 Room main door jammed didnt open easily, 301 washroom inner latch was tight and didnt open easily. Other than this Receptionist cooperated well and tried to fix our issues even though it was not his duty. There should be adequate staff to assist him and attend customer issues. However Breakfast and terrace seating was good. Giving less star due to no staff availablity.
