整體住得很舒適~! 若有機會可以再回訪~
Pros:

1. 飯店服務人員態度都很棒，還會帶到房間介紹，停車場警衛們也很熱心
2. 所有空間(包含房內跟公共區)都很寬敞 舒適，大廳香氛也很好聞
3. 房內的溫泉池，與公共浴池的都很大，很新
4. 冰箱裡的迎賓飲料(含啤酒、汽水) 與小點心 種類算多，都可以免費享用

Cons:

1. 早餐的套餐雖然有特色，但口味都普，個人較喜歡自助吧再多一點選項，可以挑自己喜歡的
2. 房內沒有全身鏡，以及洗手槽有點小，水容易濺出
3. 大眾浴池的溫泉區沒有扶手，對長輩不友善，較難自行出入
4. 僅有一樓有飲水機，且若過多人使用會過熱，無法馬上使用，建議多設幾個飲水機在不同樓層

服務人員有很好的專業訓練，讓辦理入住時感覺親切有效率。
住宿的房間溫馨舒適，溫泉池空間很大，可以讓全家一起享受泡湯的樂趣。
早餐很好吃，尤其設計了每一個人都可以單點一份主餐，再搭配自助吧台的食物，非常豐盛多樣😋
以四星飯店的條件評比，山形閣非常是高信價比的優質飯店！
