Made a reservation on the website which was not acknowledged. So made another by email stating I must be the airport by 6am and was given to believe this could be done. Arrived and my reservation had not been recorded. The earliest departure to the airport was 7am and the desk clerk seemed uninterested in the fact that this was unsatisfactory. On reaching the room I would say it is large enough, clean, but decidedly shabby which is not what I would expect for 185 soles. I would certainly not come here again not would I stay more than one day if I intended to remain in Piura.
I stayed with my whole family. We took 2 triple and one double room. The staff was very kind. You can get wifi conection in the first floor, there are a couple of computers with internet conection also available. Its hot in Piura all year round, there are rooms with AC, the rest have ceiling fans. all rooms have cable TV. There is a garage available if you rent a car, although is not recomended. The restaurant is good, but is better if you get a taxi and for 4 soles you can go to L'Ancora or Embarcadero 41, excellent restaurants with international and seafood. This hotel is very close to the main square and museums.
I dont think this hotel is awesome, but its the best you can find for the price. ... 150 soles for a double and 180 for the triple per night. Its clean, comfortable and people who work there are very nice, thats good enough for me!
I found that the service was great. They have internet access computers in a business center, a nice cosy small restaurant (-there are so many great places to eat nearby that I only had breakfast twice during my five day stay). The value is great and there was always a guard by the front door for safety. I would recommend this hotel and I will certainly stay there again.
