Royal Lion Hotel, Tenby
Pros:

We were in room 307, sea view, lovely room & showroom. No TV remote when we arrived, staff tried to find it, when they couldn't, they changed the TV for a bigger better model, nothing is too much trouble for them all....top marks. Would stay again.

Friendly staff, great location, amazing view, lovely breakfast.
Pros:

Location was perfect, very clean and comfortable, staff really helpful, breakfast was lovely but best of all was the veiw from our room , stunning.

Cons:

The stairs, but was worth it for the veiw.

Curtains were on floor on room when we are arrived, I went and reported it, and they were there within half hour to fix.

Pros:

Great staff and location. Room was perfect for me and my partner. Very clean all round and buffet breakfast was great.

Cons:

Being picky here but Lack of elevator. Had to carry our suitcase up 3 flights of stairs

Pros:

The location was great that is the ONLY positive thing about this hotel.

Cons:

Too many things to mention.
The room wasn't at all like the website. I would've expected to pay £60 per night maximum False advertising.
Room was very shabby. Mismatched furniture.
Door didn't close properly.
Ripped wallpaper, holes in the wall.
In need of a major upgrade.
No toiletries.
When tried to complain , nobody on reception.
Breakfast cold. No cereal or juice .
Couldn't wait to leave.

Perfect break at the perfect hotel and location.
Pros:

Welcome was warm and informative. Staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was a buffet style all cooked fresh, where you could help yourself.

Fab location and comfortable room higher seating needed to enjoy the view.
Pros:

The location was amazing and the rooms were nicely and newly refurbished.

Cons:

Although the window did have a fantastic seaview there was nowhere in the room to sit and look at it. The chairs provided were too low and you couldn’t see the view from the bed. As someone who picked the location intentionally for the view this was a bit of a letdown. It is also unclear when booking which room you will be allocated, I would have paid more for the floor to ceiling seaview room as I planned on spending a lot of time in the room. View could only be enjoyed by physically standing at the window. Windows also need a clean.
