The location

The room was disgustingly dirty not been cleaned properly in months
Mould all over the shower floor
Carpet just completely dirty

Pros:

Such a lovely hotel and in a glorious location. The rooms are beautiful. The breakfast was included and delicious

Cons:

For us it was fine but there is no lift, so if you aren't very mobile it would be difficult

Goede locatie aan de rand van de ommuurde stad.

Cons:

Volledig gedateerde kamer op de vierde verdieping (zonder lift) onder het dak, extreem warm bij warm weer. Ontbijt pas vanaf 9 uur en beperkt tot traditioneel English breakfast.

It is near the shops and restaurants and the view of the north beach is excellent
Pros:

The windows needed to be cleaned plus cobwebs on the inside. The wardrobe had not been dusted . Cooked breakfast was good but there was no cereals .

Expected a lot more as we had watched them renovating it. Prime location but wouldn’t stay there again

Floors very uneven. it had been renovated to a very very poor standard. All bathroom fittings going rusty broken or falling off. Bathroom door didn’t shut. Lock on room door (204) falling off and didn’t feel secure.

Loved the location. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The transformation in the last few years is amazing.

Cons:

The shower rooms in the rooms are a bit dated, but considering how the hotel looked in 2021, this is a minor detail to brush up on.

A really enjoyable stay, worth it for the view from the room, just lacked a few attentions to detail in the room. Lovely
Pros:

Position was perfect and the views from the superior rooms were amazing. The lobby area and breakfast cafe excellent.

Cons:

Shower was awful, no power and not hot. The refurbished room looked good but lacked certain things like a chest of drawers to put clothes, toilet roll holder and somewhere to put toiletries around the sink. Towels not changed.

Very enjoyable stay
Pros:

The view was incredible from our bedroom, you could see all the way round the coast to the Gower and Worms Head. The management has put a lot of time and effort into refurbishing this hotel and it shows. Good breakfast included. The bed was comfortable and the room was nicely decorated.

Cons:

While the bathroom was a little “tired” it was perfectly functional. Ours was one of the few that had yet to be refurbished, but there are plans to remedy this as soon as time and funds allow.

Pros:

I had what I think was the last room, I booked last minute and except that.
The hotel overall was clean (I understand it is making some aesthetic improvements) and nice, the night manager was great when I arrived and made suggestions for where to park.
My room however, Im not sure if it was cleaned, there was an open shower gel in the bath and some litter on the floor by the door.
It was a good size and cool for a single.
My bedside lamp didn't work,
Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

I wish I had known about vegetarian breakfast options prior.
the shower head holder was broken and the shower head didn't stay in.

It was a ok experience, but should have been better had we got the room we booked .
Pros:

Location was great , staff were friendly, breakfast was good.

Cons:

We booked a superior double room several months in advance of arrival, however the room we were given in my view was a standard room very small no hanging space for clothes broken toilet seat , tv. Not working correctly, having stayed at other hotels in Tenby this was a bang average room .

Pros:

View-; roof tops. room-; washbasin in room, no fridge, no hairdryer, no telephone usb socket, filthy stained carpet, shower NOT working, no handrail in bath. On 3rd floor No lifts nobody to help with luggage,
Breakfast-; No cereal, fruit etc all fried food.

Cons:

EVERYTHING, only the position of hotel

Room with a view - that's all!
Pros:

Great Location, room view was exceptional.
Decor was nice.
Staff very, very friendly and welcoming!!

Cons:

Lacking attention to detail. There was water in the kettle on arrival.
No shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom.
The bedroom windows opened around 2-3inches maximum because of safety locks and no fan was supplied - although was delivered on request of first day after asking, it was small and just about adequate for the temperature.
The bathroom and shower head needs a deep clean, very dirty.
The toilet lid was made of thin plastic and coming loose, sliding around on top of the bowl.
The door in the hallway of the rooms slammed loudly every time somebody used it.
The kitchen roll holder used for the toilet roll was too small and this made the rolls sit on the floor.
Breakfast was good but limited choice, only hot food no continental unfortunately.
