Es bonito el hotel, muy central cerca de los sitios más visitados de la ciudad

No me gustó la habitación que medio el hotel, estaba a pocos pasos de la resección y los ruidos no me dejaba dormir 😴 eso hizo que la noche no fuera placentera y fue una lástima

Central entre el transporte público y el Parque de los Novios
Pros:

Que la habitación tuviese un área extra que hizo más confortable la estadía y reguló la estrechez. La habitación tenía buen aseo. La vista desde la terraza magnífica.

Cons:

Hubiese agradecido que tuvieran el servicio de desayuno, pues debimos buscarlo y no fue tan cerca. De resto, nos sentimos cómodos con nuestra estadía.

Don't waste your money, better cheaper else where.

The picture of the room is nothing like the rooms in the hotel. No rooms have a balcony and the view from the balcony isn't the same as the picture as it's in the city. Room very run down bathroom was worse and shower leaked so bathroom floor was soaking. Tiny little window you can't see out. Tiny room. Wardroom (no wardrobe) or place to keep your clothes is in the bathroom so they get damp and wet if you have a reasonably hot shower and steam.

We have used booking.com a lot during our travels in South America but have come to realise room descriptions never match the rooms. And reviews are getting more like Amazon with fake reviews. Time booking cracked down on this.

Luckily through experience we only booked one night as needed a bed. Then moved on. Didn't use booking for the next hotel.

Espectacular!!
Pros:

La habitación muy limpia, amplia, comoda, se puede desacansar tranquilamente. El personal muy amable y atento. Excelente ubicación y nada de ruido.

Cons:

Que no ofrecian servicio de desayuno.

Me quedo allí desde hace unos 4 años y está vez todo estaba como descuidado, me dieron una habitación que es una oficina (incluso tiene el letrero afuera) muy improvisado.

Cons:

Ya ni restaurante activo tienen, la habitación era improvisado, me ubicaron donde era la oficina de administración. Muy triste como un lugar con todo el potencial se ve tan descuidado, las sábanas estaban manchadas y no pusieron colcha de sobre cama, solo la sabana de telita. Dejaron un identificador de humo que sonó toda la noche y nosotros mismos tuvimos que quitarlo del techo, entre el ruido y la luz que emitía no podíamos dormir.

Pues únicamente que el señor que atendió fue amable.

Cons:

Absolutamente nada. En general la habitación estaba deteriorada. Sábanas sucias, baño sucio, toallas viejas, pelo por todos lados, el olor del baño desagradable, tenía Comején y el jabón y shampoo que tenían en el hotel tenía más agua que producto.
