Don't waste your money

Location, although noisy. Short walking distance to Parque de los Novios and the Malecon.

Cons:

Everything. No facilities, restaurant closed, pool was dirty and the size of a large Jacuzzi. Very false advertising. Got locked out for 10 minutes one evening while the front desk was unattended and no sign. Wifi slow, signal faint when it worked. TV did not work or was so slow it was unusable. Any complaints were met with indifference. These people have no clue when it comes to service. This is essentially a poor quality hostel.

El propio personal del hotel no está interesado en brindar una experiencia tranquila al cliente, pues desde tempranas horas de la mañana, y a altas horas de la noche, están en la recepción hablando duro, riéndose y haciendo ruido, que no deja descansar a los huéspedes
La piscina es pequeña y poco profunda, pero lo peor y peligroso es que tiene unas baldosas quebradas que son cortantes, uno de nosotros sufrió una herida con una de ellas
Tienen TV pero no cable, por lo que no se podía poner simplemente algo en la TV, tocaba ingresar cuenta y demás
