Personal amable, pero la comodidad no cumplió las expectativas
Pros:

A pesar de los inconvenientes presentados durante la estadía, destaco la amabilidad del personal, quienes siempre mostraron disposición para atender nuestras solicitudes.

Además, la ubicación es excelente, ya que se encuentra muy cerca del Parque de los Novios, lo que facilita el acceso a restaurantes, bares y diferentes sitios de interés turístico.

Sin embargo, considero que las condiciones de las instalaciones y el nivel de comodidad ofrecido no corresponden al precio pagado.

Cons:

Al llegar al hotel encontramos que los espacios de las habitaciones eran muy reducidos. Además, acababan de realizar el aseo y el fuerte olor a productos químicos resultaba bastante incómodo.

Inicialmente nos cambiaron de habitación, pero nos cobraron $100.000 adicionales sin entregarnos ningún comprobante o recibo. La segunda habitación presentaba varios inconvenientes: no tenía servicio de agua y el televisor no contaba con señal.

Finalmente nos asignaron una habitación en el segundo piso; sin embargo, el baño tenía problemas de drenaje, ya que al ducharnos el agua se salía, generando riesgo de accidente por resbalones.

Tampoco fue posible utilizar la piscina debido a que se encontraba demasiado sucia.

En general, la relación entre el precio pagado y el confort o comodidad ofrecidos fue muy deficiente. La experiencia no cumplió con nuestras expectativas y considero que hay varios aspectos que requieren mejora.

El hotel es lindo, está bien ubicado y tiene mucho potencial pero.

Cons:

No me gusto que no habia servicio de restaurante activo, y que además en nuestra estancia tuvimos un percance con el agua en las habitaciones. La máquina del café tambien se daño y No habia agua en la nevera para la venta. Lo que dificultaba mucho la hidratación y alimentación en el hotel.

We were extremely happy with our stay and would gladly return on our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the area. No vale monda ponen a la gente a que entreguen la cedula y le sacan copia la i quierud a donde van a para esas cooias de las cedulas . Violan la confidencislidad de los guespedes .

La limpieza. las instalaciones se ven deterioradas por falta de limpieza, las paredes, los vidrios de la piscina, la piscina. No realizan aseo a diario en las habitaciones, no cambian las toallas y las sábanas estaban manchadas.
