Large Comfortable rooms , great location , very friendly and helpful staff , especially Ahmed on the reception desk , 24/7 great assistants, great value for the money .
Everything is very good 。There was a young man, I've forgotten his name, who was very warm and friendly.
We stayed here for four nights. The hotel has a great location, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. Although we encountered some issues during our stay, we would like to especially commend the hotel manager and staff for their professionalism in handling the problems.
The manager Anna reacted very quickly after the problem occurred, immediately calming us down and promptly changing our room, fully demonstrating the professionalism of a manager.
In addition, the staff Diana (I hope I remember her name correctly also impressed us. She always maintained a smile and was very patient. Around 11 pm, water leaked from the shower floor in our room, flooding the entire bathroom floor and starting to spread into the room. In this situation, she knelt on the floor and painstakingly cleaned up the water bit by bit, working up a sweat.
Her conscientious and responsible attitude demonstrated the excellent professionalism and dedication of the hotel's staff. Highly recommended!!

Everything was great - the staff, the room, the breakfast. Just don’t make a left out the front door (we didn’t), and we felt safe at all times around the hotel.
It’s a tad on the louder side, but it’s fine.

I like most, the front desk guy who checked me in, he goes by the name Ahmed, as I discovered. He was warm, exceptional with an excellent interpersonal communication skills. After a long day trip, the welcome from him soothed my edgy nerves and he was willing to help some more.

The hotel is fantastic, the staff are incredibly helpful. It's centrally located right next to the metro, very convenient. We were very pleased and would recommend it to everyone.
I am extremely satisfied with this stay! The overall environment of the hotel is clean, tidy and very comfortable. What impressed me most was the service. Both the day‑shift and night‑shift front desk staff are very enthusiastic. Ahmed at the front desk is kind, professional and has an excellent attitude. He is very responsive and makes people feel warm and welcome. The customer service staff is also thoughtful and considerate. The overall service standard is outstanding. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time and highly recommend it!
The shower head in the bathroom needs to be replaced! The bathroom drainage is poor!

המלון במיקום מצוין, ממש צמוד למטרו. דיי קרוב לעיר העתיקה. אמנם המלון לא חדש אבל המלון נקי, צוות המלון מדהים. ארוחת הבוקר נהדרת. כשהגענו קיבלנו שדרוג לסוויטה ובחדר קיבלנו בקבוק יין עם ברכה. בקבלה לאורך כל היממה יש עוגיות ושתיה בלובי.
ללא ספק אם נהיה שוב באתונה, נלון במלון הזה
It was all very good, the staff were amazing, on the check in day I arrived early there was a very nice girl in the reception she made sure that I get free breakfast till they prepared the room, gave me tips where to go, and on the check out day Ahmed was very helpful he gave me some extra time to check out, and was very helpful.
