Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist für mich der Hammer gewesen, weil ich ein hotel gesucht habe was abseits vom Geschehen ist.

Cons:

Kein Abendessen am Sonntag, Montag und ich glaube sogar Dienstag.
Wäre ja ok wenn sie Snackautomaten hätten oder einen kleines Eck wo man sich was kaufen kann bzw. Eine Info wo man essen gehen kann ohne das man sich ins Auto setzen muss und runterfahren ins Dorf.

Schöne Lage und echt wunderschönen Zimmer.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet.

Cons:

Das es zu wenig Liegen am Pool gibt. Und vielleicht gibt es in Zukunft auch noch nach 21.00 Uhr eine Kleinigkeit zum Knabbern.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in der Südsteiermark
Pros:

Es war alles perfekt- das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und die Auswahl sehr gut. Weiters konnte man zwischen dem Frühstück verschiedenen Eiergerichte wählen. Auch die Zimmer waren wirklich bestens ausgestattet, vorallem die neuen Zimmer sind wunderschön.

Cons:

Beim Pool hätten etwas mehr Liegen sein können, für die vielen Gäste war das etwas zu wenig.

Cons:

Womit soll man hier beginnen. Alle die zum ersten Mal in der Südsteiermark sind u in diesem Hotel enttäuscht worden sind - das entspricht nicht dem südsteirischen Standard!

Zum Pool
Reservierungen durch Hotelgäste - den halben Tag. Es sind wenige Liegen vorhanden, man hat bei Schönwetter keine Chance eine Liege zu bekommen.
Die Polster bei den Liegen sind ausserdem zum Teil dreckig. Das Geschirr der Poolgäste steht auch Abends noch herum.
Pool ganzjährig beheizt lt Facebook Seite, können wir nicht bestätigen. War sehr kalt. Poolnutzung auch nur bis 18 Uhr möglich. Im Sommer.

Am Abend gegen 20:30 wollten wir auf der Terrasse noch etwas trinken. Die Kellner haben uns weder beim Hereinkommen noch 20 min später wahr genommen. Wir haben wohl gemerkt absichtlich zugesehen wie der Service in diesem Hotel ist und uns daher auch nicht von selbst gemeldet. Auch beim Verlassen der Terrasse u direktem Vorbeimarschieren beim Servicemitarbeiter keine Reaktion, Grüße etc.

Bei der Ankunft heißt es
Essen erst ab 16 uhr möglich, Am Nebentisch wurde jedoch bereits um 15 Uhr Essen gebracht.

Weißwein nicht gut temperiert, viel zu warm.
Für uns ein No go, besonders in Gamlitz.
Hätte der Servicemitarbeiter gleich merken müssen.

Bei der Ankunft konnten wir vor dem Haus keine freien Parkplätze finden. Wenig später haben wir dann gesehen, dass das Personal direkt oben am Eingang parkt. Keinerlei Hilfe mit dem Gebäck durch das Personal.
Mussten doch 2 Stockwerke gehen bis zum Zimmer, kein Lift.
Somit auch nicht behindertengerecht, zumindest in den neuen Häusern.

Tv hängt bei jedem umschalten, ist sehr sehr langsam. Wlan sehr schlecht 1,85 down/0,81 up.

Sehr viel Staub im Zimmer. Fußmatte auch nach der Reinigung noch dreckig.

Leider haben wir erst während dem Aufenthalt die Geschichten der letzten Jahre erfahren und auch warum eins der Gästehäuser noch immer eine Rohbau ist.

Perfect for a relaxing weekend.
Pros:

We stayed in one of the new buildings, a few steps from the main house with all the facilities. We enjoyed the quiet and the views; bed was very comfortable as well. A circular hike was the perfect activity for us (about 4 hours) to work up an appetite for dinner. The food presentation and service is very good; we could not think of a reason to go elsewhere to eat, at least for the 2 nights we stayed.

Cons:

The door to the sauna area banged. Maybe put a damper on the closing mechanism? Really: that’s such a small point, but I can’t find anything else I’d like to see improved. We hope to return when we can use the pool!
