Pros:

Hotel clerk is out to charge for everything. From leaving your luggage before or after checking in to asking for a clean towel. I had my own room with was just big enough to fit a FOLDABLE bed with a thin mattress. Locals use these room for prostitution after 11pm. Walls a thin, and you can listen to everything. Hotel is 4-5 blocks from metro station and shops, this is what got me to stay there. Stay Away is you want to get a good night sleep, not no mention hotel is located on a busy street.
