Pros:

Замечательный, уютный отель в центре Пензы. Очень было важным наличие парковки. Персонал доброжелательный и гостеприимный. В отеле нет лифта, это возможно стоит учитывать при бронировании.

Неплохой отель с сервисом не очень
Pros:

Заселялась одна между 10 и 11 утра, за раннее заселение взяли небольшую плату. Бронировала номер с 2 отдельными кроватями, дали с 1 односпальной. Уточнила по поводу завтрака, сказали, что завтрак включен. Когда вечером пришли вдвоем с сестрой и попросили второй комплект полотенец, девушка на ресепшене очень удивилась, хотя в бронировании было указано, что будут 2 человека. Девушка что-то у себя проверила и согласилась дать второй комплект полотенец. Позже позвонили в номер и сказали, что завтрак не включен. Одеяло тоже было одно, в шкафах нашлись еще одеяло, но естественно без постельного белья.
В остальном все нормально - центр, чисто, спокойно.

Pros:

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Das Frühstück hatte alles zu bieten was ich mir vorstellte. Leider gab es nur einen Kaffee kostenlos. Den zweiten musste man bezahlen. Ansonsten stimmt das Preís.-Leistungsverhältnis

いずれも高得点！
少しだけ満足でない点を挙げると
Wifi の接続方法が若干面倒。
単純にホテル指定のパスワードを入力する
パターンの方が望ましい。
また枕はアジア人向けにも
もう一つ小さめのものも
オプションで並置されていれば
有り難い。

Прекрасный отель. Хостел.
Pros:

Шикарный отель! При гостинице есть "отделение" хостела.
Часть хостела - прекрасное место, где можно остановиться. Всё предусмотрено для комфортного проживания: хорошие двухъярусные кровати с новыми и чистыми матрасами, у каждого спального места есть розетка, ночник и полочка. Так же в комнате есть персональные шкафчики под ключ. В каждом номере находится письменный стол и стулья. Предусмотрен холл с диванчиками и кулером.
+Стиральная машина и сушилка ✓. +Гладильная доска и утюг ✓.
+Чистые душевые комнаты и туалет.
ПЛЮСЫ:
+ Просторные комнаты
+Новая мебель/ постельное белье/матрасы
+Свежий ремонт
+ Чистота
+Комфорт (начиная от розеток в "нужном месте" и заканчивая прикроватным ковриком)

Из минусов :
- нет зоны "кухни"
